空港からも近く、ホテル内の食事も可能でホテル外には、簡単なモールがあり、日本人でも食事に困ることは少ない

Great place to stay and eat

Room was clean. No problem. Bathroom was a tad too small, though. It was also slippery. A floor mat would certainly help! Table lamp at the desk was not functioning. Something wrong with the switch. Breakfast is another story. Absolute chaos. Not enough servers. There were several empty tables, but nobody to assign you one. Most of the tables were either 4/6/7 seaters. So for business travellers, it is not a good sign. Staff wants to help, but they don’t seem to have been given enough training. Still, I will give it a 4 star rating as it is a clean place!

The hotel’s grand entrance promises a refined five-star experience, yet this promise is swiftly undermined by an inefficient and distinctly unwelcoming check-in. The rooms are clean but unmistakably dated, lacking the elegance and comfort one would expect at this level. Service throughout is disappointing. Misplacing a room key is met not with discretion, but with a charge for a replacement , an oddly penny-pinching policy for a hotel of such aspirations. At breakfast, despite an ample buffet, basic courtesies are absent; staff appear disengaged and management conspicuously focused on form rather than hospitality. The location is acceptable, but there is considerable work to be done if the reality is ever to match the grandeur of the arrival.

There was some party going on , thomping music was on , I had to call and as them to get it switch off at 1.00 am Hotel is in a very bad condition

The hotel is overall pretty good, but not fantastic: 4/5*. The rooms are very clean, albiet a little bit small, the staff is very courteous and great, but the best part is complimentary breakfast - don't miss it!

The hotel was centrally located and had good rooms, service also was to our expectation. The buffet spread was lavish and tasty. The staff at the front desk was super efficient. Wifi was for limited devices and even logging out of devices didn’t help. The lobby was spacious.

It was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was too good. Highly recommended.

Easily the best place to stay in Kolhapur. The service and staff working here are incredible and they go to great lengths to take care of you. I always look forward to staying here every time I visit Kolhapur.
