Everything was OK except that no hot water came out in the shower room on the 2nd night. It is a pity for such a nice hotel with friendly staffs. A piece of advice: For old people, this hotel is not recommendable if you have heart or knee problem because there is no elevator because the building is a kind of historic structure , according to the hotel staff.

スタッフの方が皆、フレンドリーで大変気持ちよく過ごすことができました。お部屋もかわいく清潔でゆっくりと旅の疲れを癒すことができた。エレベーターがないのが、ちょっと大変でした。チェックアウト時、呼んでくれたらスーツケースを降ろすよと言ってくれてたが、朝忙しそうだったので、自分で持って降りました。

Hbfから徒歩10分程度かかりますが、旧市街地のほぼ中心部に位置し、何をするにも便利です。

엘리베이트가 없어 4충까지 가는 것이 불편하지만 집들을 내려다 보는 전망이 좋고 도로쪽이 아니라서 조용합니다. 귀마개를 주는데 주변에 바가 많아 밤늦게까지 도로는 시끄럽숩니다. 리모델링하여 내부는 깨끗하고 잘 갖춰져있습니다. 역에서 조금 멀지만 구시가지 안이라 시내를 다니기는 좋습니다.

A wonderful hotel! Beautiful rooms, perfect location, and an excellent staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was fine, but nothing special. Parking in the area is challenging. There is no elevator, so prepare to climb lots of stairs. Staff was friendly enough.

Lovely staff, the room was clean and nice and in a good location. We did not have breakfast included but the hotel does have a restaurant attached to it. Be aware there is no lift only stairs but they did help us with our luggage.

Excellent stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, restaurant was great, room was very nice. Only down side is that there is no elevator for luggage. It can be a bit noisy on weekend nights since the bar/restaurant downstairs is very popular, but the location and ease of getting around were a very fair trade for that. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this quaint boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town Regensburg. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Really appreciated the personal room walk thru from the staff. The attached restaurant offers great food and beverages. Be advised, there is no elevator, so travel light.

Virkelig hyggeligt sted. Bygningen er meget gammel og skævt, hvilket giver det en utrolig charme. Værelserne står nye og rene.

Ein super Hotel in bester Lage. Die Parkgarage ist ganz in der Nähe, das Hotel beherbergt auch ein nettes Lokal, das an diesem Abend übervoll mit feiernden Gästen war, weshalb wir uns um die Nachtruhe sorgten (das Hotel stellte für den Notfall Oropax bereit). Doch um 23:00 Uhr ebbte der Lärm sehr rasch ab. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Es ist sehr charmant und der Empfang besonders freundlich.
