Throughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Staff were extremely friendly. Restaurants was amazing and the staff there were so friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond!

Very spacious room with ample space to park. Mountain view. A kitchen is a +. It goes without saying you need a car but it's well located, with a 10 minutes drives from a Wall Mart (a rarity in New Foundland)

Lovely chalet style hotel near the ski area and 10 minutes outside Corner Brook. Good breakfast included. Would highly recommend this property.

Stay was average at best. First night we had to call security as the room above was noisy into the early hours of the morning. Thankfully no one above us the last two nights. The king bed top mattress was just two doubles pushed together so not very comfortable. The ventilation system in the room was so loud we had to keep the bathroom door shut all night so we could sleep as we couldn’t turn it off. Staff was friendly enough, but overall it was just an ok experience. Just didn’t seem like a very welcoming facility. The location is nice and the property along the river was scenic. They did allow us a late checkout so that was a plus. Overall probably wouldn’t recommend this or stay there again.

The in-room HVAC unit was a little loud. When I woke up in the night I could hear it working. Otherwise, the room was very quiet.

Place was EXCELLENT! Enough said, you NEED to get here!

How close it was to the ski hill and it had a beautiful sitting area with a great view of the ski hill

Room was very sparse no seat for the second person except the bed. Staff were all good

Everything was good and clean, helpful check in staff...only negative was the continental breakfast. Very limited selection...nothing to brag about. Sorry

Nice quiet location with clean nice clean rooms and beautiful scenery.

This property is in need of repairs. Front desk is not helpful barely makes eye contact. We got stuck in non functional elevator and had to lug heavy bags up steps.

Very dated the room we stayed in was run down. Stayed 2 nights no room service during the stay

A little disappointed that not all the indoor spa facilities available with staying on property. Lack of on-site bar or restaurant. Clean and quiet.
