ディズニーから疲れて帰ってきて、ルームキーをドアにかざしてもロックされたまま部屋に入れなかった。 受付で事情を説明すると、磁気がおかしいのかもと言ってすぐに新しいルームキーと交換してくれて部屋に入れたが、ドッと疲れた。 部屋の2段ベッドは子供たちは喜んでいた。 あとはコーヒーメーカーの使い方がわからず、コーヒーが飲めなかった。 聞くのも面倒だったので、お湯だけ沸かしてラーメン食べた。 朝食はつけなかったけど、食べに行く時間もなかったのでつけなくて正解だった。

チェックイン前にプールに入りたかったが、トイレしか着替える場所が無いと言われました。別に着替える場所があってもいいと思いました。

お部屋は広くて清潔で快適でした。ベランダも広く3人で花火の鑑賞も余裕で出来ました。コーヒーも用意されていたので部屋で朝ゆっくり出来ました。 スタッフも皆,感じがよくチェックイン時間前に到着したのですが空いているからと部屋にすぐ案内して頂けました。 ディズニーリゾートに行く時はまた利用したいと思います。 楽しいたいざいでした。ありがとうございます。

とても清潔、プールも大きく子供たちが大喜び、部屋は広く快適、 ディズニーからも近くロケーション最高。

宿泊代が高い割に部屋は想像したより狭かった。小さな子供向けのプールは設備が整っている。駐車場代が一泊20ドル、朝食は別料金となっていて懐に優しいとは言えない。

we stayed 3nights with my family.it was great location from Disney. only 10mintutes walk from this hotel.we can enjoy Disney from mornig to noon time and enjoy pool in evening! logde bed for children is good for my children.Using Uber we go to Orange mool and Trader Joe's!

ディズニーランドから非常に近く毎日でも２往復できる距離でした。

ディズニーランドも徒歩で行くことができ、快適に過ごせました。 日本を話せるスタッフがいたので、英語が得意ではない私にとっては、とても助かりました。 他のスタッフもとても親切でした。 バスルームが2つあるのは、夜遅くに帰っててシャワーを待たずに入れるのは良いですね！ 次回も宿泊したいです。

ファミリーで２泊滞在しました。朝９時に到着したにもかかわらず、めちゃ笑顔の素敵なスタッフさんが対応してくれ、すぐに部屋も使えて助かりました！WIFIもさくさく繋がるし、部屋も十分な広さ、バスルームも広くて快適でした。２段ベッドにキッズが大興奮でした。 ディズニーランドまでも歩いて１０分くらい、ホテル周辺にはレストランもたくさんあります。が、このホテル前のMIMI'S　CAFEって名前だったと思うけど、このレストランが最高！！！スタッフも超フレンドリー、そして食事が美味しすぎる！どれもこれも外れがない！２夜連続で行っちゃいました。

ディズニーリゾートから近く立地がとてもよかったです。無料のドリップコーヒーもついていますが、一階にはスタバもあります。アメニティは少ない印象でした。

二段ベッド、プールがよかったです。

Great location. Loved the Starbucks on-property and onsite restaurant. Spacious .. Unfortunately my room was facing the highway and it was loud

Love the proximity to Disneyland and restaurants. Also The bunkbeds plus the two showers were a huge plus for our family of 6.

Great place to stay. Clean and quiet.

It is very close to Disneyland, less than 10 minutes' walk. The hotel front desk is very friendly and will introduce nearby restaurants in detail when checking in. The facilities are also very new, the room is very clean, and the stay is very comfortable.

This was our Disneyland post-pandemic family fun trip. 6 adults, 2 kids. This Marriott is very well staffed, with everyone, it seems, looking for ways to make your stay wonderful. After flying in, the kids were able to use the pool all afternoon. The old folk took naps 😴. This was our 2nd family stay, last one was pre-pandemic. They only got better!!

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. Location to Disney is perfect. The staff is always so kind, friendly, helpful and the rooms are very clean. My only complaint is the bunkbeds. The top bunk has bilateral locks, which makes sense so staff can change easily the bedding, but anytime a kid moves in bed and bumps that part of the bed it makes a loud rattling noise, like the sound of some one trying to open a door when it’s locked, we were literally woken up every single time, they need to put some type of padding there for a tighter fit, is not a safety issue, I want to make that clear.

We loved our stay at Courtyard Anaheim! Our check-in process was wonderful and Charlotte made my daughters day by wishing her a happy birthday and making sure she got a little surprise during our stay! The rooms are perfect for families as well as the awesome water park and pool. Really convenient walking distance to the Disney parks was a plus. Thank you for a memorable and excellent stay! We will be back again :)

Location is fantastic view is great for watching fireworks.
