Good room decent breakfast but TV didn’t work with constant distortion and interference and the heating was turned up late evening so that the room was uncomfortably warm to sleep in.

Clean and tidy, the room itself could have done with some aircon as my room was incredibly hot. The gym could use some free weights but other than that fantastic.

Well situated, nice hotel with friendly, polite staff

Very nice stay. Staff were excellent and very friendly

Location is excellent, staff are friendly, the rest is average. The room could benefit from a refurb, especially the bathroom. Inland views were poor (fire exits, bins, pigeon droppings). Breakfast was adequate, fresh fruit could have been fresher.

Room was incredibly hot, weather about 22 degrees during our stay so not overly hot. Room was impossible to keep cool. Service in main restaurant was good but on the terrace bar was terrible. Nice view from the outside area.

Beautiful hotel however was not happy with the room I was given !! They told me if I’m not happy it’ll be extra £40- per person per night ? I did not have extra to pay for this so had to stay in same room .It was very clean but the outlook wasn’t nice at all windows in them so couldn’t see out clearly was very noisy outside room with air con unit also had black marks on ceiling .

Beautiful hotel, lovely decor throughout the property. Fantastic location with lovely sun terrace overlooking the sea.

Comfortable say - convenietly located hotel to beach and other amenities. Dining at hotel is OK - but there are great options in the town as an alternative.

The attitude of staff when you asked a question.Seemed an air of secrecy about the reservations of tables in the di ning room.They definitely did not want to discuss the seagulls roosting outside our window and the unhygienic droppings every where.

Onsite parking was perfect, especially as it was a motorbike holiday. Felt secure and safe. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, especially the door man who was always eager to help with a smile. Food was great and the room perfect. The pool was warm and at the time of my stay, not too busy. Highly recommended and will return.

Nice sea view from sea-facing rooms. There was scaffolding, which obscured the view of some of the inland-facing rooms. Pool / sauna are great. Pool has a shallow area sectioned off for kids. There's a small gym too. Many car park spaces were infinged by excess vegetation or skip. A couple of spaces not really accessible due to the center of a 'mini roundabout'. Two EV chargers available via some app (didn't use them).

10 min walk away from Falmouth. Beach only 10 min walk away which has improved facilities since I last visited. Great quality service, breakfast reallly spot on.
