The hotel is well located there is a lot of stores and restaurants with in a walking distance.

Amazing

Great location! Walkable to shopping, restaurants to Catholic church, National Palace, museums and Metropolitan Cathedral Church. Also close to Elektra store in case you need to exchange money. Close to airport about 25 minutes depending traffic. The staff was very nice, thanks Heidi and Evone.

This a real through back about 100 years and maintained well but I like to support these historic hotels. If you want to be in the centro which you may not, this is the place.

Hotel war ok. Ist mit 3 Sternen bewertet. Mehr ist dann nicht zu erwarten. Gebäude etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Warmwasser hat sehr lange gedauert bis es warm war. Kein Safe Box im Zimmer.

I enjoyed pretty much my stay. It was clean and well maintained. It only needs some bars to hold in the shower and in the toilet. The toilet is low

NO AIR CONDITIONER!! was the down I could not sleep because it was too hot! and nobody in the whole hotel knew about a taxy or any other transportation to go to the bus terminal I have to go outside and catch a street taxy that was very unsafe!!

Hotel histórico, la limpieza está bien, colchones normales, personal amable

The hotel is located right in the middle of everything. So expect noise from the street cars and vendors from 7am until midnight. We only stayed one night, so we just dealt with it. Another thing, our toilet didn’t flush. I told the front desk about it around 2 in the morning, but they never came the next day. Also, my grandma was in a wheel chair. No one told us there was a ramp in the back of the hotel thru the garage, so we had to haul her chair and everything up the stairs thru the lobby. We didn’t know about the ramp until the next day when we were leaving already. Very sad that the front desk ladies didn’t bother to tell us, yet we were struggling. Also, they weren’t as friendly. Seemed miserable and not even a smile when we’d speak to them.

The location is very good, to go shopping , restaurants, and go to see the downtown

Great central location in Zone 1. Able to walk every where and felt very safe.
