総合評価とレビュー Redang Island Resort

レビュー: 最近、レダン アイランド リゾートに 2 泊 3 日滞在しましたが、良い点も悪い点もありました。良い点: リゾートのロケーションは最高で、桟橋や近くの屋台に近く、食事も簡単に注文できます。スタッフは素晴らしく、フレンドリーで対応が早く、マリン パークまで無料で送迎してくれました。部屋は清潔で、キング サイズのベッドは快適で、エアコン、扇風機、ミニバーなどのアメニティはすべて問題なく機能していました。プールは広くて清潔で、スナックを買える便利なミニ ストアもあります。改善点: ただし、リゾート自体は古さを感じます。トイレはきちんと掃除されておらず、排水口の周りに髪の毛や汚れが付着していました。シャワーの水圧が弱く、ヒーターを使用すると蛇口が危険なほど熱くなりました。ワードローブには強い不快な臭いがあり、シャレーだけでなく家具の多くも今にも壊れそうでした。エアコンのコンプレッサーは古く、ファン カバーがないため、子供にとって安全上のリスクがありました。シャレーや階段の周りには錆びた金属くずがあり、壊れそうな様子で、さらに心配な点がありました。窓はきちんと閉まらず、ドアは施錠しにくかったです。海の見えるシャレーは追加料金に見合うものではありませんでした。景色はがっかりでした。レストランもがっかりでした。食べ物は高くて味気ないものでした。代わりに桟橋の近くで食べ物を買うことをお勧めします。そちらの方がはるかに質が良いです。リゾートでの朝食も同様に印象に残らないもので、選択肢は限られていて味気ないものでした。ミニストアは無人であることが多く、商品の支払いが困難でした。結論：これらの問題にもかかわらず、私は素晴らしいスタッフのおかげで滞在を楽しみました。しかし、リゾートにはもっと多くのスタッフと大規模な改修が必要です。可能性を秘めた素敵な場所ですが、施設には大幅な改善が必要なことは明らかです。

1. Foods is not enough for breakfast. 2. Toilet cleanliness is terrible. 3. The menu is very limited and staffs are shorthanded. 4. The resorts need to refurbish and not ready for reopen.

horray... this is very nice place.. so beautiful island.. I really like it.. staff also very friendly and helpful... swimming pool also ok.. breakfast just so so.. overall 4 star given

Bilik luas, view cantik, sangat puas hati, tapi makanan kurang sikit.

Not much choices for breakfast served, and the food was terrible. A holiday at the worst beach in Redang. Will definitely never come back to this resort.

Pleasant stay for honeymoon trip and for those who want sometime alone without hassle. The only thing here, no further choice of food. You have to either eat at hotel cafe or walk approximate around 500m to go to the nearest food stall. If you unlucky, sometimes food stall even close. You may rent motorcycle or scooter at nearest stall outside hotel.

It’s the best place to enjoy with your lovely partner, it’s peaceful place and so quiet, this place for people who really like to be faraway from the town, it’s not recommended for people who going with group or friends.

I not staying there because of water supply problem told by staff.

the room is not clean.. there is cockroaches in the bathroom and aircon.. the service also not good.. the location of this hotel is very far from everything.. they recommend us to go to public beach when there is nothing we can do there.. and they drop us far away from the beach so we need to walk about 30 minutes.. when we call the receptionist to pick us up again they do not want to because they busy and we need to wait until 5 pm when i got there is at 12 pm.. so what can we do there for 5 hours.. and when we found another way to go to other beach that is more beautiful and have activity to do we only ask the receptionist to pick us up at the jetty near the hotel (only takes 10 minutes for them to reach there) they did not want to and gave us the reason that doesn't make sense.. they said they can not provide transportation because we didn't take a tour from hotel.. i mean that it should be their job to provide facilities since they hotel is far from everything.. then how we suppose to reach the hotel when there is no taxi there.

Great location, good service, good food. Will definitively comeback!

Hotel is comfortable for vacation except for food.

Overall is okay, just the breakfast is not nice and it's far from the main beach. I need to take a boat to there for RM 200
