My car was stolen last night at 2 AM from the parking lot and we were stranded. The hotel staff was very helpful and contacted OPP. The security camera didn't cover the whole parking lot and couldn't capture the culprit. The hotel offered us a discounted rate if we wanted to stay for another night.

Bien situé . Par contre un matin sur 2 . Il n'y avait plus rien au dejeuner.. personne pour remplir.

Hôtel très propre et personnel sur place très polie, courtois et professionnel. Le déjeuner est ok, mais sans plus. Je recommande cet hôtel, mais si vous chercher des restaurants autres que des fast food, vous devrez sortir de la ville.

It was nice and quiet and a good breakfast and was close to where we needed to be

First we didn’t have any refrigerator in our room, which the site said it had one, we had to change in other room with refrigerator and the smell of that room was terrible smelled dirty carpet or animals. Bathrooms too small of vanity.

Hôtel près du parc aquatique Calypso, ce qui est très pratique. Par contre, salle de bain malpropre, poils dans le bain, cheveux au sol, etc…

Had stayed here in April and was great. This time the room was not cleaned well at all. Bathroom was filthy. Couldn’t even use the tub.

Very clean property. Convenient location with lots of restaurant options close by.

For some reason there was a lot of noise like objects slaming and people argueing BEFORE 5Am!!!
