My wife is usually very picky about accommodations when we travel abroad, but she said this hotel was perfect. I was really happy with it too

室内は写真の通りモダンで十分なスペースがあります。2泊目に別の街に泊まったので、1泊目と3泊目以降おせわになりましたが、それぞれ別の部屋で、雰囲気も変わり良かったです。皆さんの投稿の通り、飲み屋が近くに多いので夜〜早朝まで音楽や話し声が聞こえます。ガラス窓と木窓を閉めても漏れてくるので、敏感な人は別のホテルを探したほうが良いと思います。空港からはタクシーで20分弱、ロシオ駅からは歩いて10分ほど、アクセスは良いですが駅からは急な上り坂なので荷物が多いと大変です。朝食はパンとハム/サラミ/チーズ、ミルク、ジュース、ヨーグルト、ジャム等が朝8時に部屋の前に置かれます。

Room was really comfortable and clean. There’s kitchen with all the tableware. You can cook for your stay. I recommend here for a stay with few people, like family, will be nice. Service and stuffs were perfect :)

一人だったので広すぎでした。何故か、ホテルの名前の入ったワインまでいただいてしまいました。2リットルの水、カプセル式コーヒー2回分、ティーバック2回分ありましたが、使い切っても補充はなし。4泊したので・・・。ウェルカムドリンクだったのか。私の建屋は、階段しかありませんでした。ファドのお店ルーゾから1分なので、夜中まで聞いても女一人で帰れます。中庭があり、独り占めの部屋でした。

街の中心に近く、美しい展望台や天正遣欧使節が滞在した教会、レストランなども近く、観光に向けての立地はとても良い。私が泊まったのは2階の部屋で、ベッドルーム、リビング、キッチンのほか、中庭も独り占めできる部屋だった。キッチンはかなり立派で、オーブンもあり、本格的な料理も出来そう。 高級ホテルのようではないが、スタッフはとても親切。 ただ、かなり急な階段を登りきったところにあるので、スーツケースを持ってる時は、タクシーで行った方が無難。 またリスボンに行ったら、ここに泊まりたいです。

アパートなのでキッチン他家具付きで広く快適。ホテルではないのでフロントが常駐しておらず、早朝、お昼、夜はチェックインアウトが問題。ベッドメイクはあるがアメニティ、タオル交換はなし。飲み屋街にあり隣の通りは深夜まで騒々しい。ホテルの階段を上がる音もかなりうるさい。フロントがいないこと、上記のことが気にならなければ、どこにでも行きやすく、快適に過ごせる。

The property is in a great location in Barrio Alto, close to a bunch of dining the bars and places to see in Lisbon. My apartment was very spacious and clean and check-in/ check-out was very easy I would definitely stay here again next time in Lisbon.

Worst experience ever. No acoustic isolation whatsoever. The upstairs neighbors were parting until 5am, and the hotel personnel just warn them once, without any effect. As the neighborhood is the center of the party in Lisbon, you have to close everything until feeling choked.

Had an amazing stay!

We absolutely loved the loft at Lisboa Colours! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had many scheduling changes and they were so flexible. They arranged the transfers and ensured we had the best possible stay! We highly recommend this property!!

Overall a great property in a great location for a great price. And despite being only minutes away from the bustling streets with many bars and restaurants, it was very quiet and felt safe and secure. The way the breakfast worked was clever, with the produce being delivered the day before and fresh bread delivered 8am to your door. Customer service was also excellent, had an issue with an extra payment on my card which thankfully got resolved if after I returned home.

Geweldig appartement, uitstekend ontbijt en inderdaad wel wat rumoer op straat, maar isolatie was voor ons genoeg. Gloria de tram lift is vlakbij zodat je niet steeds de heuvel hoeft op te lopen.

The apartment was very well equipped and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Every morning we had a lovely loaf of fresh bread hung on our door. We enjoyed our stay very much.
