空港送迎あり（3500テンゲ）と貴社の表示にはあったが、実際はなかった。順次新しい情報が欲しい。

This hotel was clean and good atmosphere. When I go to Astana, I want to stay again

oda fiyatiyla ilgili oldugunu dusunuyorum fakat bir sise su koymak yerine sozde cevre dostuyuz vurgusunu yaparak boş surahi koymalari ve suyu odanin disinda cooller’dan alabilecegimizi yazmalari cok garipti. Klima sogutmak yerine sadece calisiyor sesi cikartiyordi. Oda sera gibi sicakti. Premium oda boyle ise standard oda da kalanlar icin cok uzgunum. Ibis otellerinde daha once kaldim ama bu denli kotu bir Ibis gormedim.

Great !!! 10 stars hotel for the money

The windows have double glazing and extra layer of sun glass screen. It was really hot and stuffy in the room, AC worked pretty bad. We had to open the room door to get fresh air.

24hr bar service excellent

샤워부스 물빠짐이 조금 느린 편이었고, 방안에 냉장고랑 쓰레기통이 없어서 약간 불편하긴 했는데 그 외에는 깨끗하고 방 넓고 침대 폭신하고 좋았어요! 조식도 요일별로 조금씩 변경되어 간단하게 먹기 좋았습니다. 도보로 5분거리에 아스타나몰 대형 마트가 있어서 편했어요!! 최고! 출장으로 방문했던거라 좋은 가격에 좋은 숙소 였습니다.

The room has no shampoo and no basic amenities. The staff did not greet at reception at check-in nor when checking out.

The ibis was a great deal and had English speaking tv Staff was great!

The staff at reception is very unfriendly and slow. I arrived at the hotel early , thus left my bags till evening time for check in . When I returned to the hotel for check in had to wait for a long time and the staff didn’t even help to take my bag from the storage ... Moreover the acoustic of the room is terrible. The room walls are not sound proof at all . I could hear all conversations of the guests staying next door ...
