We didn't have any drinks or breakfast whilst we stayed

Check in was annoying. Disorganised. I know the rooms are above a busy pub but felt like I was a nuisance wanting to check in. Needed to get bag searched and someone just walked off and left me when I thought they were checking me in.

Parking was easy. Free parking all weekend across the road. Staff booked us in quickly and let us into the hotel. The room was compact, the bed was clean. Unfortunately both mugs were dirty, as if they had been used and not cleaned at all. I went down to get them changed which they did straight away. The door to the bathroom was very sticky, to the point we actually didn't want to shut it after the first time for fear of getting stuck. Bathroom was clean though and shower was hot. The music is loud, we were fine with it as we weren't looking to sleep too early. It finished at around 1am. They did provide ear plugs but unless you sleep like the dead or are already awake it will likely be noticeable.

For the price couldn't complain about the room. Bed was comfy and we booked it at short notice due to bus replacement services running. Handy if travelling on Elizabeth Line due to it's location. We knew we were staying above a pub but they provided ear plugs which was a nice touch.

Lovely this place but as I’ve said before a smile or a welcome back would go a miss !!! Stayed in this place near 50 times now !!!! You think they would say welcome back mr Di@@er but it’s always the same ! This is a solid Irish old boys pub ! Not for the faint hearted ! I love it but please be more welcoming

Excellent place to stay ;) clean rooms - finding more and more though check seems to be really hit and miss :( a smile and welcome would go down well ! Rather than NAME, have you stayed before ???

No parking offered other than on the road

Clean and comfortable room, slightly noisy stairs(which have seen better days) with guests going up or dawn. Very friendly people greeting you.

Room was clean but it’s smell really bad in there. Also, WiFi wasn’t working in my room. Need to go to bar to do my work. Staff was really friendly.

Great room. Conveniently located near Seven Kings station, staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a small room but perfect for what we needed. Would happily stay there again

Car park opposite was a good rate & free overnight. Check in quick & friendly. Not a problem for me but stairs to room really steep so maybe an issue for others. Room clean, plenty of towels, comfy bed. When I spotted earplugs I worried it would be noisy, not at all. I slept with the window open & didn’t stir all night (without earplugs) Train line opposite but only a very slight rumble that’s all. Few minutes walk from Seven Kings station into London. Overall a great stay & would stay again if in the area.

Excellent little room for the price, was very suprised. Only tbh h the water pressure could be stronger but other than that was a good decision !

I got there my room was sold to someone else and a small room was given to me and gotten to my own room the next day the toilet was so dirty after they told me the room as been clean
