総合評価とレビュー Hotel Montejo

とてもかわいらしいデザインのホテルで、中庭やプールも素敵でした。清掃も行き届いており、全てのサービスが完璧でした。 朝食も美味しかったです。

古いけれど広い部屋でエアコンも完備、思ったより快適に過ごせました。中心部に近く、観光スポット、おいしいレストラン、お土産やさんが徒歩圏内でとても便利でした。ホテルに駐車場はありませんが、近くの公共駐車場と提携しているので安く利用することができます。セットでついている朝食はトースト、フルーツ、ジュース、コーヒーでした。

街自体が夜は暗いけれど、食事に出るのに便利 朝食の開始時間が、良くある事ですが、遅れて早朝出発に焦った

I have stayed at Hotel Montejo on several occasions (4-5 times) over the last 10-12 years. This last time, we (my adult son and I) stayed in two separate rooms. It's charming, nice and quiet. It's downtown (two blocks from the main square), yet it is not super busy. I like the colonial architecture, the courtyard and the fountain. The artificial lighting in the rooms and in the bathrooms is deficient. The water pressure is low in the bathroom sinks. The beds are comfortable. There is no coffee or coffee maker available in the premises. They converted the former hotel restaurant into a clothing store. Because of this I will not be staying there again.

Realmente horrible, parece hotel de paso en la sierra, muebles feos, cortinas feas, lleno de zancudos. solo pasamos una noche ahí.

The location is great but the room we stayed in was next to the fountain and it was very noisy -they were painting the building and the other guest were noisy as we were on the first floor. It is in a good location downtown but will not stay here again.

Bien volvería a este hotel

Buen hotel a pesar que requiere reforma, mobiliario muy viejo y anticuados, pero para una noche de paso, está más que suficiente. Chico de la recepcion nocturna muy amable y Cortés. Kavia tiene el Urban en mejor condición a la vuelta. Me quedaría nuevamente solo para pasar una noche por la hora que llegamos.

El personal muy bien ! Ubicación MARAVILLOSA! Hotel limpio ! Hotel un poco viejito pero bien en general ! Solo les recomendaría que tuvieran más información acerca de los paseos alrededor de la ciudad ! Pero.. en gral. nadie en Merida tiene información turística y menos DEL TREN MAYA ! Solo en la oficina de turismo nos dieron información del parque donde se venden tickets para EL TREN MAYA ( ese era lo principal para nosotros , subirnos al TREN MAYA ))

Chambre vétuste, peinture écaillée partout climatisation pas fonctionnelle en totalité,lavabo dans la chambre et non dans la salle de bain

It's right in downtown close to everything.

Amazing staff. Very convenient. Clean, all the essentials but very Mexican and affordable.

The room did not feel secure. Upon check in I was given a number of warnings and potential penalties if rules were not followed. This made me concerned about the hotel and conduct of guests and management.

The day manager was excellent the night manager was inefficient. We had an issue Where the top of the barn door lock had come off and it was a safety issue he told us it couldn't be fixed until the next morning. I had to get a stone and hammer the lock back on the door,it made sleeping difficult. As anyone with a little effort could push it open and have access to the room.

Mexican, quaint, clean, friendly staff

Everything was good, the service and attention was good provided, nothing bad to say.

Old building but clean and excellent service. The location is pretty close to the main square, Cathedral, restaurants, shopping, etc. The only complaints would be that the shower floods a little bit and that the TV speakers were faulty.

Excelente !!! Me encantó cerca de todo, muy limpio y arquitectura de una hacienda me gustó mucho .... Claro volvería y lo recomiendo ampliamente Gracias 🙏

La propiedad en mal estado, en el área de alberca está lleno de albañiles, pésimo servicio, tuve que dejar el hotel y no me reembolsaron el dinero
