最高でした。スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで、いつも親切でした。彼女は英語が上手で、街を回るのにぴったりの地図をくれました。部屋はとても清潔で快適でした。

部屋は小さいですが清潔です。フレンドリーな受付係。ホテルは中心部に位置しているので、旅行にとても便利です。

スタッフは素晴らしいです。いつも家に帰ってきたような気分になります。

宿泊料金は約750kです。ベンタイン市場に近い中心部に位置し、多くの飲食サービスを提供しています。独立宮殿までは歩いてすぐ、ニャロン埠頭までは約 2 km 以上です。ベッドルームは少し狭いですが、衛生状態は良好で十分です。中心部のロケーションでは、750k の広いスペースは必要ありません。朝食はシンプルですが美味しいです。もう一つのプラスポイントは、皆さんがとても熱心で楽しいことです。

ここで素晴らしい滞在ができました。このホテルは非常に便利な場所にあり、ここからベンタイン市場や統一会堂まで歩いて行くことができます。ホテルの向かいにはとても美味しい麺屋があり、ホテルのスタッフが熱心に部屋まで食べ物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれます。次回ホーチミン市に来るときは、このホテルに戻ります。

I left my laptop on the lobby staff. I was already half-way to the airport when I realized I forgot to get my laptop back. so I had to turn back... bottom line I missed my flight. next time, I hope the staff will be alert to remind their guests.

Big room but aircon has a weird smell.

Hotelnya bersih, fasilitasnya lengkap (TV, AC, Wifi, lemari es, heater utk buat minuman, air kamar mandi & wastafel panas dingin, tiap hari handuk diganti dan kamar dibersihkan. Letaknya juga strategis dekat pasar, mall dan kampung melayu untuk mencari makanan halal. Pihak hotel juga menjelaskan makanan yang boleh dimakan untuk moslem, bila ragu bisa ambil buah-buahan dan minuman saja.

It is my 2nd time in HCM for 6D5N. Before booking this hotel for the 1st time, I did my research and read about this highly rated hotel with numerous positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed and am impressed when I arrived in this hotel. It was as all past reviews has mentioned... Excellent cleanliness, location, service, and meals. 10/10 for me. There are a few things to note though -  Bed - As an Asian myself, I am used to hard mattress bed as is most hotels in South East Asia. The beds here are generally harder than usual. If bed is a factor, please do reconsider. Room - There are a few rooms that faces the road. The road is bustling with heavy traffic and endless horning from morning till night. I booked the room facing the road for the view, and am generally unaffected by the traffic and horning sounds. If noise is a factor, you may reconsider getting rooms that are in the middle of the hotel which are quieter. Do note that the cheaper rooms do not have windows, so please select your room type carefully. Security - Doors are equipped with electronic card scanners and there are additional lock features once in the room. It is a trustworthy and safe place. Before cleaning up the room, they will ring the bell and knock on the door before entering. Do note there are NO safe in the room. So for your valuables and passport, you may wish to bring it with you or lock it in a section of your luggage. Tours - There are a few tour catalogues available at reception should you wish to have a full/half day tour at competitive prices. Once the relevant package is chosen, they will call the respective tour agency on your behalf and the respective transport will arrive to pick you up. The tour agency linked to them are good and satisfactory so do not be worried about going on a shady tour.
