請求書をお願いしたのですが、ホテル側は発行の責任は負わないと言われました。Travelokaに問い合わせたところ、ホテル側も発行の責任は負わないと返答されました。では、請求書は誰が発行するのでしょうか？

アプリで2泊50万ルピーで予約しましたが、スタッフがその価格ではない部屋をリクエストしたため、カウンターでさらに50万ルピーを支払うことになりました。

残念なことに、部屋は臭くて古く、ベッドのシーツはすべて変色しており、料金に見合うものではありません。 🆘「精神的な問題がある」🙏🏻

Dịch vụ lễ tân và nhân viên chào đón rất nhiệt tình nhưng phòng hôi quá. Mở cửa phòng là mùi toalet xộc vào mũi, nửa đêm ngủ còn thoảng mùi 😟.

The room is clean, but the AC is quite loud at night. All the facilities have been disinfected. I checked in quite late in the evening, but the staff told me to check out at noon the following day, and there 's no exception. I left my charger there and the staff help me claim it back.

Booked a suite room but different from the photos have shown. It doesn’t come with a bathtub and a 2 seater sofa. 8:30am went down for breakfast, not much food left plus the coffee is totally not hot. On the other hand, the staffs were friendly and the WiFi is ok.
