朝食はお粥とサラダ、ドリンク以外は三つの中から選ぶ感じでしたが、日本人だと知って味噌汁を個別に作って持って来た事に有り難かったです。

Foods are good, especially every staff are well and keep us happy. I used Google translator for the communication and dinner hall young staff was doing same to me. Awesome!

すべてが良かった

Very nice and comfortable hotel. My daughter and I enjoyed the stay like various types of meals,onsen (sauna),table tennis and swimming pool. Beach was also nice to spend time.

This is a wonderful, safe and child friendly hotel. We took our grandchildren and they had as much enjoyment at the hotel as they did during the daily adventures in Taiwan.

已經連續第七年來這，因為小朋友喜歡，但是自助餐點沒有進步，幼兒戲水池已經公布多年說在施工沒有開放，游泳池小朋友眾多，水並不清澈。 房間地上免不了有其他住客去福隆海水浴場帶回來的沙無法完全清乾淨，其所有會一直回住是在新北市沒有又能住宿又鄰近沙灘，明年還有沙雕可以看的地方。

大飯店的服務非凡，人員親切 非常適合親子旅遊，適合再來

挑高客房很舒服，景觀很棒，服務人員也很親切。明年夏天會再去～

Out of season there are amenities that are closed. Only one restaurant is open seven days a week. Service at the restaurant ther than at breakfast was lacking. This place is designed for people with small children so I wouldn’t suggest going there if you don’t. The view from the dining room and most of the rooms is good but the beach itself needs to be cleaned

房間整潔乾淨、風景極佳

入住前已備註因長輩行動不便，請盡量安排離電梯近一點的房間，入住當天早上也有再次打電話確認，結果房間被安排在中後段！每次要出入或裝水，都要走好長一段⋯真是謝謝喔！ 半夜睡覺，原本以為是樓上一直有用力的敲打聲，持續了一段時間，造成晚上都沒有睡好，後來早上又出現敲打聲，發現是隔壁（1312）一直在敲牆壁、剛好是我們這間的床頭（1316），真的好無語呀⋯ 早上七點初被悶醒，發現空調停了、電燈也打不開，打電話去櫃檯問才知道是停電⋯而且連後來復電，要開熱水刷牙洗臉，出來水都是濁的+水壓不穩定大亂噴。 這次的住宿經驗真的很不好，本來是想帶放療剛結束的媽媽來泡湯放鬆，但晚上不僅沒休息好，腳已經很痛了還要一直走路，真的覺得辛苦她了。

員工服務很好，酒店環境很滿意，早餐有水準，停車方便！

pool is small, do not believe it from the picture. hotel itself does not fit to its price

Hotel is walking distance from the train station and the beachfront. The pool offers relax Mountain View and life guard on site. The breakfast buffet is wonderful too, and has a lot of choice and quality of food is excellent.

Hot spring facility and easy walk to beach.
