メインストリートから少し入ったところなので、静か。とはいえ時計台から10分程度の徒歩で着くので遠くもない。景色は大体よし。（良い部屋とそうでもないところがある。運かも。）一日目はウェルカムドリンクサービスあり。部屋にスパークリングワインのボトルがありました。朝食は可も不可もない感じ。レストランの予約を取ってくれたり、チェックアウト時の荷物ポーターの手配をしてくれたりに関しては問題なく行ってくれました。HPの写真ほど高級感はありませんが、改装したばかりらしくきれいです。（一部改装中の部屋もあったようです）総じて、お勧めできます。

ダブルブッキングで予約が出来てなく、3泊のうち、1泊を別のホテルへと勧めてきたり、700ユーロの部屋に対して200ユーロの部屋はどうかなど、最低の対応でした。

ケーブルカー降り場のウンベルト1世広場から徒歩6、7分で行ける便利なホテルです。 口コミ通りWIFI(特に部屋の中)が弱いのが欠点です。 部屋は白を基調に綺麗で快適でした。 アウグスト公園迄は徒歩5分、天然のアーチ迄は徒歩20分で行けます。 帰りにマリーナ・グランデ迄の荷物の配送を頼むと1つ12ユーロと高いので自分で運びました。

最初通された部屋がエアコンが動いておらず、部屋を変えてもらいました。周辺エリアはお散歩兼ウインドーショッピングに最適で、青の洞窟への拠点にもなります。プールもあり、リゾート気分を満喫できましたが、やはり場所柄お金持ちのリゾートかなと思います。

We were upgraded to the 2 bedroom penthouse and what an amazing stay. The property is close to Capri town and we enjoyed our stay. Lovely and large pool area. Breakfast could be improved, but overall wonderful.

This is the perfect place to stay. Close to the city center but still quiet with amazing views from the pool.

This is my 3rd time staying at Mamela and as always it exceeds my expectations. From the room to the staff to the pool and breakfast - everything is top notch. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to reserve our boat excursion, dinner reservations and transportation making our trip even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.

The expansive terrace is perfect for lounging, offering stunning ocean views and plenty of space to unwind. It’s an excellent choice if you’re planning an event. The property is located just off the main shopping strip, tucked away in a quiet spot, a short walk from the bustling central square.

Todo excelente, salvo por o temperatura del agua de la alberca que estaba demasiado fría aún cuando estábamos a 35 grados

We absolutely love Hotel Mamela. The building, the rooms, the pool— they are all wonderful. Throughout, there is exceptional attention to detail. The staff is very good, particularly the pool and dining staff. Prior to arriving to the hotel, I contracted food poisoning. The Mamela staff cooked me “bland” food— off the menu— for several days. The pool staff is attentive, fixing everything so it is just-right. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer— something we will remedy when we visit Capri again. In the meantime, we have wonderful memories to carry with us.

Very clean, newly renovated, amazing pool and sunbeds with pillows. The staff and the reception are so nice and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious with lovely beds and lovely bathroom. The staff comes to prepare your room for sleeping. I would recommend this hotel very much. It is also very close to everything, walkable, but in a quiet area. If you can, o would suggest a room with sea view because the view is just amazing on the sea
