メインストリートから少し入ったところなので、静か。とはいえ時計台から10分程度の徒歩で着くので遠くもない。景色は大体よし。（良い部屋とそうでもないところがある。運かも。）一日目はウェルカムドリンクサービスあり。部屋にスパークリングワインのボトルがありました。朝食は可も不可もない感じ。レストランの予約を取ってくれたり、チェックアウト時の荷物ポーターの手配をしてくれたりに関しては問題なく行ってくれました。HPの写真ほど高級感はありませんが、改装したばかりらしくきれいです。（一部改装中の部屋もあったようです）総じて、お勧めできます。

ダブルブッキングで予約が出来てなく、3泊のうち、1泊を別のホテルへと勧めてきたり、700ユーロの部屋に対して200ユーロの部屋はどうかなど、最低の対応でした。

ケーブルカー降り場のウンベルト1世広場から徒歩6、7分で行ける便利なホテルです。 口コミ通りWIFI(特に部屋の中)が弱いのが欠点です。 部屋は白を基調に綺麗で快適でした。 アウグスト公園迄は徒歩5分、天然のアーチ迄は徒歩20分で行けます。 帰りにマリーナ・グランデ迄の荷物の配送を頼むと1つ12ユーロと高いので自分で運びました。

最初通された部屋がエアコンが動いておらず、部屋を変えてもらいました。周辺エリアはお散歩兼ウインドーショッピングに最適で、青の洞窟への拠点にもなります。プールもあり、リゾート気分を満喫できましたが、やはり場所柄お金持ちのリゾートかなと思います。

The room was so spacious and clean. The views from the balcony and pool were amazing, and the location was close to so much. The whole experience felt luxurious. A great experience!

Highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to capri. In the heart of everything you want to see in the square. The breakfast was amazing and yummy. The pool, the staff and restaurants were just as amazing. Will be referring people to this location

A fantastic hotel and location. This was our honeymoon trip to Capri. Perfect location within walking distance to everything. The hotel was spotless, clean, pristine. Staff were polite and friendly. The pool is beautiful and the views are perfect. Stay here! It's wonderful.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Pool beautiful with lap pool in its own space. Expedia rooms small, decreased amenities, towel racks. Not changeable due to “Expedia” rooms.

Capri ist ein Traum und das Hotel ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt, diese zu genießen. Oder man genießt den Tag im Hotel, am Pool und mit sehr guten Essen. Das Personal ist immer gut gelaunt und ich habe selten so eine Herzlichkeit erlebt.

Sizable room and staffs are available for my needs and arrangement of my luggages is perfect!

We love the beauty of this hotel, and will stay here again upon our return to Capri. Walking distance to beach, perfume shop, restaurants and glorious views from our balcony. We had a beautiful stay @ Hotel Mamela.

We enjoyed our stay and will visit again.
