メインストリートから少し入ったところなので、静か。とはいえ時計台から10分程度の徒歩で着くので遠くもない。景色は大体よし。（良い部屋とそうでもないところがある。運かも。）一日目はウェルカムドリンクサービスあり。部屋にスパークリングワインのボトルがありました。朝食は可も不可もない感じ。レストランの予約を取ってくれたり、チェックアウト時の荷物ポーターの手配をしてくれたりに関しては問題なく行ってくれました。HPの写真ほど高級感はありませんが、改装したばかりらしくきれいです。（一部改装中の部屋もあったようです）総じて、お勧めできます。

ダブルブッキングで予約が出来てなく、3泊のうち、1泊を別のホテルへと勧めてきたり、700ユーロの部屋に対して200ユーロの部屋はどうかなど、最低の対応でした。

ケーブルカー降り場のウンベルト1世広場から徒歩6、7分で行ける便利なホテルです。 口コミ通りWIFI(特に部屋の中)が弱いのが欠点です。 部屋は白を基調に綺麗で快適でした。 アウグスト公園迄は徒歩5分、天然のアーチ迄は徒歩20分で行けます。 帰りにマリーナ・グランデ迄の荷物の配送を頼むと1つ12ユーロと高いので自分で運びました。

最初通された部屋がエアコンが動いておらず、部屋を変えてもらいました。周辺エリアはお散歩兼ウインドーショッピングに最適で、青の洞窟への拠点にもなります。プールもあり、リゾート気分を満喫できましたが、やはり場所柄お金持ちのリゾートかなと思います。

We absolutely love Hotel Mamela. The building, the rooms, the pool— they are all wonderful. Throughout, there is exceptional attention to detail. The staff is very good, particularly the pool and dining staff. Prior to arriving to the hotel, I contracted food poisoning. The Mamela staff cooked me “bland” food— off the menu— for several days. The pool staff is attentive, fixing everything so it is just-right. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer— something we will remedy when we visit Capri again. In the meantime, we have wonderful memories to carry with us.

Very clean, newly renovated, amazing pool and sunbeds with pillows. The staff and the reception are so nice and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious with lovely beds and lovely bathroom. The staff comes to prepare your room for sleeping. I would recommend this hotel very much. It is also very close to everything, walkable, but in a quiet area. If you can, o would suggest a room with sea view because the view is just amazing on the sea

Don’t book this hotel if you want a good night sleep. The air conditioning was broken and blew only hot air, turning the room into what felt like a sauna. At a hotel in this price range, functioning air conditioning should be a basic standard, not a luxury. The staff explained that the AC system is centralized, but that does not justify it blowing hot air. The staff in the reception was neither particularly helpful nor friendly. We were forced to sleep with the balcony door open just to make the room bearable, but the noise outside combined with the paper-thin walls made it nearly impossible to sleep properly. I felt more exhausted after my vacation then before. It’s a real shame, because the location is fantastic and the hotel itself is beautiful.

O hotel possui uma boa estrutura e é agradável. Porém alguns pormenores prejudicaram nossa estadia. A calefação foi ligada todas as noites e na saída de ar condicionado saía ar quente. Não era possível regular a temperatura dentro do próprio quarto. Tivemos q usar um ventilador do hotel e dormir c a porta da varanda aberta. Já me hospedei inúmeras vezes em resorts de neve e a temperatura dos quartos é individual e independente da calefação. A porta do quarto estava emperrada (354). Havia barulho de reforma no andar superior c martelo, batidas, etc na parte da manhã. Os amenities como gel de banho não foram repostos. A estrutura é excelente mas acredito que o hotel ganha o cliente pelos detalhes e perde pelo mesmo. Recomendo que algumas coisas sejam revistas.

The room was so spacious and clean. The views from the balcony and pool were amazing, and the location was close to so much. The whole experience felt luxurious. A great experience!

Highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to capri. In the heart of everything you want to see in the square. The breakfast was amazing and yummy. The pool, the staff and restaurants were just as amazing. Will be referring people to this location

A fantastic hotel and location. This was our honeymoon trip to Capri. Perfect location within walking distance to everything. The hotel was spotless, clean, pristine. Staff were polite and friendly. The pool is beautiful and the views are perfect. Stay here! It's wonderful.
