スタッフの方は親切。レストランも美味しい。お部屋は広さや利便性等は可もなく不可もなし

近くに燃料や充電ステーション、十分にあるお部屋のサイズ、美味しい朝食、輝くスタッフの笑顔、200M/sの高速wifi。 一人旅の私にとっては五つ星ホテルのような場所です。 強くオススメします。

8月初旬、レンタカーを使っての旅行で利用しました。宿泊・給油・食事・アクセス良し(R1隣接)の4拍子揃ったリーズナブルなホテルです。アイスランドの食事は悩みのタネですが、ここは夕食・朝食共にCP良しです。旅の案内などもスタッフのお爺様があれこれと丁寧に教えてくださいます。惜しむらくは、換気が出来る窓がちょっと小さいこと、レストランが結構混んでいたことぐらいです。鶏胸肉のステーキは柔らかくて味付けも良くてビールが進みました。

Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend, definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt. Wir hatten dort ein absolut leckeres Abendessen, das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Da die Unterkunft direkt an der N1 liegt, konnte man jeden vorbeifahrenden LKW hören. Die Zimmer könnten schallisolierten Fenster vertragen. Was mir aber noch gefallen hat war eine angenehme Zimmertemperatur bei der Ankunft. Außerdem gab es Kaffee oder Tee to go - klasse Idee!

La chambre était très propre, la douche petite mais correcte. L’hôtel donne sur la route mais nous n’avons pas trop entendu de voitures. Par contre les murs sont fins et on entend un peu les voisins, pas trop dérangeants s’ils ne sont pas bruyants. L’établissement en lui même pourrait avoir un petit coup de rénovation. Le personnel était très sympa.

Located by the bigger road. You hear everything in to the room. Small room and tiny bathroom. It smells a lot of sulfur from the shower, naturally so nothing they can do anything about.

This place has a comforting and homely atmosphere.

I booked this place because of the breakfast only to find out after booking it that there was no breakfast in the winter. Check in is at the bar and the rooms are up stairs. The room was clean and small. I got a single. The water smells of sulfur. These things happen. There isn’t anything close by so I had dinner in Hvammstangi.

Very small room and tiny bathroom but had everything we needed. Nice that breakfast was included.

The hotel is in the mountains. The area is quite quiet and beautiful.

Great place to stay! Excellent food and clean, quiet accommodations.

This was a good stop on the ring road when there are not many options in the north. Room was clean, cozy comfortable and adequate. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. Breakfast was greatly appreciated, but there was not as many options as other hotels we had stayed at previously. Overall a good choice for a one-night stay.

Property sits by itself on Ring Road. Generally overpriced, as are most rooms in rural Iceland. Heat was insufficient (even for August). The smaller window lacked a blackout curtain (which matters in August). Dinner and breakfast were fine. Bed was comfortable.

It wasn’t clean. And it was right on the highway so it was too loud to open the windows. Although diner was good the included breakfast was meager at best. It really needs a good scrub.

Very noisy. Shower head was half plugged

Right off main highway so was a little noisy at times. It does have a restaurant but any other options are a bit of a drive. Room was very clean but there was an odor in the bathroom. At times it smelt like sulfur and other times like cat urine. For a one night stop it was clean and easy to find. I wouldn’t stay here more than one night. But it did the trick!
