Very convenient location to visit arched national park. Also close to center of Moab where you can find good restaurants

Location was great. We didn't spend a lot of time there as we were in Arches most of the time. Was a little disappointed the coffee shop in the lobby wasn't open either of the 2 mornings we were there.

Very clean, good bed, accomodating staff, ample breakfast, play area for kids.

We stayed here two times in a month. The rooms were large and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff helpful and efficient. The pool was open and heated. A small restaurant and bar located in the lobby is handy and reasonable priced. Would definitely stay there again.

Can’t get closer to two national parks if I wanted to! I’d pay for the location! Outside the town, very quiet. Great breakfast selections. Wicked clean and staff is very helpful. Rooms are renovated and the one light switch that needed to be fixed was fixed immediately. Sufficient parking, will be back!

Great!

The room was clean. There was an outdoor pool and playground to keep our kids busy when we weren't busy in Moab. The breakfast is decent. This is close to so many things. The staff was friendly! On our second day the ice machine was broken. Next day we saw a repair man there to fix it. It is so nice to have a hotel that keeps up with maintenance.

TV broken, hotel knew, checked us into room anyway. We did get $ then left after horrible customer service.

Wonderful

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. However, the room's table/desk was very small and had no table lamp or light of any kind nearby so it was DARK even when the ceiling light was on. And the refrigerator was not very cold.

All of the staff was great! So friendly and helpful. The room, hotel and grounds were clean and comfortable. Last a delicious full breakfast.

The breakfast was Excellent (many options, well spread out, and good quality). The breakfast room was well organized, spacious, and clean. Also, the staff was excellent and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable with good bedding.

Staff was excellent. The room, however, was not. For starters, the deadbolt wouldn't latch. The sitting area was comfortable but the lighting was way too dim to so any reading. The shower head was positioned terribly, it would spray way out onto the floor when turned on because you could not point it down far enough, and when you stood in the shower, you were less than 3 inches from the glass door with the water spraying you in the back of the head. The toilet paper required a degree in chiropractics to reach it. The mattress was very comfortable but the pillows were full of lumps. This felt like a poor apartment conversion, and while it had great potential, the "executive suite" fell far short of expectations.

It was a wonderful experience throughout. Comfortable beds, big shower and friendly staff. Enjoyed the hot tub and a great breakfast. Thank you.
