Giovanna, her husband and Nazareno were absolutely fantastic hosts. We were welcomed like family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was delicious and Giovanna was available whenever we needed. We will return for sure and would highly recommend staying at this hotel. We loved it!

We had a great stay in Casciana Terme! The hotel is gorgeous, with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. The staff could not be more helpful, and the morning espressos absolute perfection. The hotel is right by the town square, where there are bars and cafes. The thermal spa is very enjoyable, all in all a quiet and delightful weekend away.

A very warm welcome by the reception in this typical Hugh traditional Italian town house. Nice rooms with mediateranean style window blinds. Very nice! I got top recommendations for my day tours and insidertips that only someone from the region knows. I believe it’s a family owned hotel and thanks to the love that they put into it, I had a really good stay! I’d come again!

Ottimo ALBERGO . La conduzione da parte dei titolari è sicuramente ineccepibile. Persone cordiali e sempre presenti. Il posto è ameno e degno di una buona vacanza antistress. Consiglio un soggiorno presso questa struttura per un momento di relax e anche come punto di riferimento per il magnifico entroterra toscano.

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour à l'Albergo Roma où nous avons reçu un très bel accueil ! La gérante de l'hôtel parle français, ce qui peut-être un plus pour les clients de l'hexagone ! Elle nous a été d'une aide précieuse pour nos visites et nos achats de produits locaux. Le personnel s'est également montré très disponible et fort sympathique.

The hotel is classic Italian with modern upgrades. Very friendly and accommodating staff in a garden setting with a pool. Walking distance to the hot springs. Very warm weather during the visit and the in room air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. Cooler nights allowed the windows to be open with the relaxing sounds of nature.

Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Lovely well maintained garden at the back with pool. Breakfast ok, continental style with homemade cakes, but could be described as a bit samey. 6 bottles of water left in the fridge, but beware you are charged for this even though there is nothing to say so.

Ci si sente come a casa propria. E' un hotel confortevole con un'accoglienza eccezionale. Si cena benissimo ed abbondante. Si trova a 2 passi dalle Terme in centro ad un paese tranquillo, ma animoso. Non solo lo consiglierei, ma se mi sarà possibile tornerò sia per visitare la Toscana (terra meravigliosa), ma per sfruttare meglio le Terme di Casciana. Facile da raggiungere, ottimo parcheggio, spazio e paesaggio

Trevligt familjeägt hotell i äldre byggnad med anrik historia, mysig trädgård och härlig pool. Ägarinnan är förtjusande och lär sig snabbt namnen på alla hotellgäster. Tvärs över gatan ligger entrén till Terme, de varma källorna med 36-gradigt vatten året runt - en obeskrivlig upplevelse. Casciana Terme är än pärla i Toscana och stadens torg är så pittoreskt att det nästan liknar en filmkuliss. Staden har flera små trevliga restauranger och ett ytterst stilfullt badhuscafé. De böljande kullarna och bergen som omger staden erbjuder härliga promenader. Vår barnfamilj åker hit varje år. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Fantastisk liten by på landsorten utan turiststress med närhet till trevliga vingårdar. Ändå hade vi möjlighet att ta tåget från en närliggande station till både Pisa och Florens.

I have never experienced such wonderful service as provided by the wonderful lady at this hotel. Giovanna,not only remembered our names from day 1,perhaps we were memorable!,she seemed to be on duty ,morning,noon and night,with a happy smiley face,helping each and every resident with any problem they may have. She even teamed us up with other guests to share a taxi to see Andrea Bocelli. She truly embodied the spirit of hospitality. Even waiting up up with her husband after 3am to welcome back guests from the concert. The following day she provided four of us with a fabulous lunch,within a very short time,even though the restaurant was now closed. She set it up on the wonderful terrace overlooking the beautifully clean swimming pool. Fabulous stay,cannot praise this hotel highly enough.

Detta hotell ligger vid ett mysigt torg i en mindre by. Det finns supermarket, fik och några restauranger i närområdet. Hotellet har en skön pool på en idyllisk bakgård. Prisvärt och bra som bas för bilutflykter på landsbygden.

Great facilities and an excellent welcome. The poo, was spot-on. We had a fabulous family stay with the right balance of relaxation and activities.
