今回はパキスタンへの出張の際に宿泊しました。街の中心部から遠いのが食事などでは不便でしたが、部屋は快適でした。隣に結婚式場のような施設があるため、週末などは音楽などでうるさく感じる時がありました。

The staff were super friendly, especially the drivers and in the kitchen. However, the room i booked was mot the one i received. In addition, during the first night, the air-conditioning, fridge, safetly locker were all broken. The maintenence team kept coming in and out to fix the issue but were not able to and the etire day my family had to spend without AC. The next day the manager in charge did give us am upgrade and changed to rooms

Super Neat and Clean Property, and Very Nice/Friendly, Super Professional staff.

The staff was friendly and accomodating. I liked the set up for making tea. Everything was neatly arranged and the kettle was part of the set up. What I didn’t like was the wicker tray in the bathroom that the toiletries was in. It didn’t look clean. I would have preferred it to be on something that can be washed and look clean instead of something that had “white stuff” on it that might have been toothpaste or soap residue.

Amazing staff and recommend the Executive Suite

The hotel is nice and renovated but for some reason there was a strong painting smell coming from the A/C at the middle of the night. Not sure this was the hotel doing maintenance or the close by construction but this was disturbing.

So Expedia says they have airport shuttle . Wrong. We were on our own arriving late at night, with the absence of marked cabs, at the mercy of any individual with a set of car keys. First time in Pakistan, and intimidating. But what was worse wan the NON RESPONSIVENESS of the hotel to answer our inquiries and correspondence . Inexcusable . When I send a message I expect a response. Got none .

The only thing border me is the smell of the toilet very strong. It need to be fix.

Amazing place would def stay again

The bathroom had faulty mirror light . Executive room does not look like executive in size. Small as compared to amoumt you pay.

Hotel staff was great. The food was amazing. Rest rooms didnt have hot water and room thermostat wasnt working. So it was a bit cold inside the room.

Conveniently located in a clean neighborhood with excellent service. Food quality was good but repeatedly the same everyday.

Hotel was clean and tidy staff was not friendly, staff gave a lot of wrong information at particular time during the stay.

Perfect in every way and I would stay here again

Ok staff great Amera and guys on reception great attitude professional , request for taxis's and pricing let them down but there for 2 nites dud the job .
