Me and my family had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and though it is only rated as 3 star hotel but I feel that it is more than that. The only thing that is not so comfortable is the breakfast because you have to transfer to their main hotel Luna which is a block away from the annex and the breakfast is plated and if you want to have a buffet breakfast you have to add a certain amount. But overall we enjoyed staying at Hotel Luna Annex.

We were disappointed with the security in charged at hotel luna annex. The security on duty from 6pm-6am (Nov 30-Dec 1) was arrogant. He was always playing with his celfon and always on his celfon, and didn't bother to help us with our baggage. Indirectly, he has a gesture of asking for a tip(money) while checking out. Were planning to come back in Vigan but probably not in hotel luna annex with that kind of security and his attitude.

Room where my kid was staying with the nanny had problem with the electric outlet when it suddenly emitted a spark. Had to ask hotel to move them for safety reasons. The following day, when we went for breakfast at the main hotel, we were not informed that we are not entitled to buffet breakfast but only a set breakfast. My husband was not aware of this so he went to have the buffet breakfast. Since it was too late to take it all back, we had to pay additional for what should have been the hotel's misinformation. Also, you did not include in their website upon booking that the breakfast is a set breakfast. When you state breakfast included, the presumption is that it is buffet breakfast.

It's my first time to visit Vigan and I'm very excited. Spending my time at Hotel Luna is very memorable. The hotel is so unique, perfect, and luxurious with the Spanish concept. The staffs is very humble and helpful. The location of Hotel Luna is very strategic and very easy to find the hotel. Facilities, services, and foods are so perfecto. Hotel Luna is very recommended when you have a plan to visit Vigan. It's really worth it to book, pay, and enjoy the atmosphere at Hotel Luna. I'll be back to re-book at Hotel Luna when I'm back to Vigan. "Trust me that you never be disappointed if you stay at Hotel Luna."

Great rooms and it looks like a house from the spanish era with a modern type of toilet. I love the place and staff is very accommodating. Gave us free breakfast and free shuttle ride. Restaurant and bar is so nice as well. looking forward to go back to this clean and comfy hotel

ホテルの設備はとても良かったです。レストラン「コメドール」の料理は最高に美味しかったです。Wi-Fiも最高で、スタッフもとても親切でした。近いうちにホテルルナアネックスに戻ってきます。

Hotel Luna Annex. I think this Is one or maybe this is the best hotel in Vigan City. Location is good 2 blocks away from famous Calle Crisologo where you can buy your pasalubong. Food is great very flavorful and you can make special requests like for Muslim client. Room is great combining Hotel and a Museum is unique in Philippines. My suggestion is to put some cctv camera to make it more secure and when booking for a superior queen room please include the booking of other 2 person so that no need for extra payment But all in all Great Service. we will return

Everything is okay except the room temperature since the aircon is not working well it's kinda hot in the room.
