隣の家の人とベランダが繋がっているのか、隣の部屋なのか、窓際でタバコを吸っていて大変うるさかったです。それだけが残念でした。立地は抜群に良いです。中央駅もバスターミナルも大変近いです。徒歩5分くらい。

午前のフライトで正午には到着するため、予約時にアーリーチェックインリクエストしたにも関わらず、施設は無人で鍵がかかっていた。すぐそばの食堂で時間を潰しながら14時過ぎになってようやくレセプション担当者が来た模様。フロントデスク営業時間と明記されている時間なのに人がいないとは一切信用出来ない。我々が一息ついて外出する際、担当者は鍵を閉めて出て行きまた無人に。言葉もままならず、通信手段も持ち合わせていない、そもそも不在になってしまえば営業時間内なのに全く連絡が取れないなど言語道断。アパートホテルとは言え、宿泊施設なのだから基本的な部分を徹底する必要がある。料金が安いとは言え、トラブル時を含め不安満載だった。

中央駅やバスターミナルから徒歩圏内で非常に便利です。中央駅の中のショッピングセンターにスーパーマーケットもあり、非常に便利です。近くにトラムステーションもあり、すぐ側で便利でした。ホテルのスタッフも親切、朝食の時間なども前もって確認してくれました。ひとつ残念だった事が、ベットがシングルサイズよりも小さく、寝心地が悪かった事。少し腕を伸ばすと落ちそうでした。 そのほか、冷蔵庫や湯沸かし器等使えてとても快適に過ごせました。

The room itself was fine, and the building. However, I would not book this property on the Exp platform. This is because this platform does not seem to have proper communication with the property. Everything is supposed to be "virtual" check in etc but I realized the morning of my reservation that I had no info about how to get into the building. I was able to call a phone number and after a few tries got in. I would book this hotel again but direct with the hotel. The communication needs are such that you need to have a direct connection on check in details. Finally, EXP lists laundry as an amenity but that is not the case. Others do not list laundry, so Exp needs to remove this amenity from the list.

Готель розташований в зручному місці. Недалеко від вокзалу та історичного центру. Персонал любязний, чисто, затишно. Я зупинялася в студії, номер невеликий, але я була одна, так що достатньо. Ліжко широке, зручне.

The apathotel was very clean, within walking distance to the Town Square, very closed to the train station. The lady who contacted us and gave us the check in instructions was very helpful. Gave Clear Check In instructions

Perfect for 1-2 nights. Close to the train and bus stations, easy check in, clear instructions, good communication,plenty of shops,cafes etc. around. My room wasn't very spacious but well equipped.

Long flight of stairs to get to 3rd floor with heavy lagage.No elevetor

Nähe Hauptbahnhof, relativ ruhig. Zutritt zu den Räumen ist nervig. Zwei gleichartige Schlüssel und sehr, sehr knapp eigestellte Leuchtdauer machen den Zutritt zu einem Abenteuer. TV für mich nicht nutzbar, da ich ohne Bedienungsanleitung kein Programm einstellen konnte. Bitte einen der beiden Schlüssel mit einem Überzug oder mit Nagellack markieren. Lichtschaltung auf eine Minute verlängern (absurde Vorstellung, man könnte durch die extrem kurze Leuchtdauer den Gewinn erhöhen!)

The apartment was much bigger and better than I expected. Pictures somehow don't mirror how big the property is. Full size refrigerator and oven, a lot of utensils, washing machine and even capsules for it - I found everything.

The property was clean, spacious and warm. The bed was super comfortable. Perfect location with a 15 min walk into the old town and ten mins away from a supermarket. Tram stops nearby, though Krakow is very walkable so we never used transport. Property manager really helpful and allowed us to store our luggage due to having an evening flight on our last day. Definitely recommend.
