4日間滞在しました。チェックインの際にとても親切に案内してくださったり、毎日清掃に入っていただいたりと、とても快適に過ごすことができました。ローマで過ごした思い出の一つになりました。ありがとうございました。

スタッフの対応が丁寧で、駅からのアクセスが良かった

Just watch out, my arrival was really delay, checked in around 0:30am. But Filippo-Reception Desk, prepared key and instruction. I had a really comfortable stay.

ロケーション抜群です。すぐ横に地下鉄いいりぐちがありスタバやスーパー、コンビニいろいろあります。ホテルの真向かいがLHエアポートバスのバス停。

地下鉄も近いし、スーパーも近くとにかく立地条件は最高です。ただエレベーターだけは最初ビビりました。日本では映画以外では決して見られないエレベーターで興奮しました。

まず、ホテルの看板がないので分かりにくい。中国系のホテルの1フロアが、フロリスホテルだった。旧式のエレベーターを使い、フロントへ。部屋は綺麗で快適だった。朝食も種類が多く、毎日楽しめた。ローマ三越とテルミニ駅に近いので、初心者にも便利な立地と考える(=ﾟωﾟ)ﾉ

Gute Anbindung an den Bahnhof

Vriendelijk personeel en prima kamer. Ideaal voor iemand die de marathon van Roma gaat hardlopen. De douche was heerlijk!

We arrived and the room didn’t look like at the pictures, but it was fine. The issue was when we found out that the sink is barely releasing any dirty water. It was almost clogged. When we asked to repair it, they happily confirmed they will…but nothing changed. Visibly they didn’t even try since the sink stopper was at exactly the same spot I left it. The water pressure in the shower was also really bad. And sometimes the water wasn’t even hot, just mildly warm. Staff was kind, but didn’t solve our issue with the sink. The best thing about this place is the location.

Personal Amable, la habitación bien solo no estaban 100 por ciento las necesidades en la habitación ejemplo no dejaban papel de baño cuando ya no había.

Staff courteous room ok NOW: this hotel is not for handicapped folks To get into lobby 4 big steps additionally7 more steps to teenie tiny elevator!!!elevator wouldn’t fit wheelchair! Also breakfast not worth $$
