施設は綺麗。バス停も地下鉄も近く立地はよい。スーパー2件近所にあるので買い物に不便ない。 ただ、設備トラブル多し。 まず、コンロがエラー。オンオフ繰り返して自力で解決した。 シャワー中お湯が途中から水になって全く戻らないトラブルが６泊中２回発生。裸でいることもできずコンロでお湯を沸かしてシャワールームで髪を流して着替えてから直してほしいと言いに言った。 いつも調子が悪いことが多いと言っていたが、そういう部屋を貸さないでほしい。 チェックアウトの時に謝罪されたので気持ちでは許しているけど…極寒のロンドンで水を浴びたことは忘れない… チェックアウトする日の朝もシャワーでトラブルになったので、パッキングが予定時間に終わらなくなり、予定していた衛兵交代式を観に行くことができなかった。 チェックアウトを遅らせてくれるとか、空港まで送ってくれたら観にいけたんだけどなー。

広くて立地もよかった。洗面所が小さいのが惜しい点。

It was quite spacious and modern room for London standard, and the location is great! Very safe, that woman alone could walk at night! Room was well equiped to live as though you live in your own home. The location is very center, and several minutes walk to the tube station, and numerous bus stop, many attractions, such as museums (V & A, Natural history museum), Concert hall, South Kensington park and palace, Shopping at Harrods dep store etc...

Stayed in a studio apartment, enjoyed the extra space and the bathroom/kitchen. Property was clean and spacious. Property manager was available and helpful. Studio was facing on to the Main Street, so did experience some outdoor noise and noise from the floor above us. The king bed was actually two twin mattresses, one side was comfortable but the other side was not (hopefully they will replace it).

Definitely coming back.

Fabulous 2 bedroom deluxe apartment that was extremely spacious with a large kitchen and living room, and spacious bedrooms (1 with separate twin beds). Slightly worn down but minimally noticeable and overall finishing and condition of the apartment was excellent. Great hot water and 2 bathrooms were very useful. Washer was great (dryer was minimally effective). Fantastic quiet and safe location in an upscale area. 5 min walk to tube station as well as a small shopping centre with a great grocery store (Waitrose) and Boots. Easy ride to Heathrow on Piccadilly line. Would stay again with our family with 2 children and highly recommend.

None of the listed amenities worked. Repeated calls and emails to management went unanswered. Very disappointed in the stay despite the location.

Property was lovely. Around the corner from the Underground for easy transport to historical sites. Perfect fit for family of 4 with 2 sones close to 20. Loved our stay and would stay again

I booked this hotel for my wife and daughter to stay in while visiting London for several days. It's located in a very nice part of the city, close to all the major attractions. The hotel itself is clean and very pleasant, providing a comfortable place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen is a great bonus. The price is a bit high, but I believe it's worth it.

Property was nice. Quiet. The staff was nice and friendly.

Great location and easy access to the tube

Hyvä sijainti lähellä Gloucester Roadin metroasemaa. Lähellä oli myös runsaasti ravintoloita ja muutama ruokakauppa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Asunto oli mukavan kokoinen kahdelle hengelle. Ainoa negatiivinen asia oli kylmä kaakelilattia.

Room was big and very confortable, definitely staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom a bit small but that's probably like most places in England. Also it was very convenient with a tube station 1-2 mins walk from the place. Staff was very friendly, definitely recommend!

We were so appreciative of the lady at reception she was so accommodating and helpful cherry lady that made our stay in London wonderful. The room serve did a lovely job cleaning and replenishing the room. Thank you all Malcolm & Debbie
