Beautiful hotel and room. The executive suite was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Shower, AC and ceiling fan all worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was perfect, made to order. Wish I could have stayed more than one night

The staff was very friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast was average. The room was in poor condition. The bathroom sink didn't drain and the hot water wasn't reliable. Many of the electrical outlets didn't work.

The rooms were very clean and had air conditioning. The woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful in organizing transport and exchanging money. We were very well taken care of. The breakfast was FANTASTIC and included.

Mit værelse lå 40 m. Fra receptionen. Morgenmaden var kl. 7. Da jeg skulle have d om morgenen var porten låst med en stor hængelås. Ikke noget personale. Ret ubehageligt. Ret mørkt, hvor morgenmaden blev serveret. De opfordrede mig til at downloadet ase en uber app, hvis jeg skulle have en taxa og en madam. Jeg går ikke ind for en uber taxi. Meget privatorienteret. Men det var dog tv, i modsætning på andre hoteller i Nicaragua.
