総合評価とレビュー The Palms Denarau Fiji

8/9-8/11まで2泊　小学生高学年の子供2人と4人で利用しました。 ◾️良かった点 スタッフが皆陽気で気持ちが良い。特にフロントのベテランぽい女性の方の対応が非常に親切だった。英語が不自由な日本人とすぐに分かった様で、ゆっくりと最低限必要な案内をしてくれた。 ポートデラナウに徒歩数分でお土産、食事、スーパー、両替、パン屋、何でも揃い不自由しなかった。離島へのオプショナルツアーにはすごく便利！ 一階にカフェがあり、朝食、ランチはここでも何とかなる。ちよっと高いですけど笑 スタッフも親切で良かった。フレッシュジュースは特に美味しい。パンケーキは卵焼きの味がした笑　が、まぁ、OK。 プールは小さめだが楽しめた。 部屋にデッキチェアー用のタオルもあり十分。 スリーベッドルームは、3階に位置していてバルコニーにテーブルと椅子があり、とても涼しかった。景色は特に。。。 殆ど利用しなかったが、電子レンジ、ポット、炊飯器、フライパン、鍋、皿、グラスが、豊富で何でも出来る。 洗濯機、乾燥機が別で助かった。洗剤等はない。 Wi-Fiは高速ではないが十分な速度。 チェックアウト時にタクシーを呼んでもらえた。親切なドライバーだった。70フィジードル、約25分。 ◾️残念な点 スリッパ、バスローブ、歯ブラシなどのアメニティはない。シャンプー、リンス、ボデイソープ、石鹸のみあり。 シャワーブース、バスタブの排水機構が悪くお湯が溢れて大変笑　バスタオルで止めないと滑る。 換気設備から外の音がかなり聞こえるので、音に神経質な方には辛いと思う。我々は疲れていたので気にならず。 テレビの付け方が分からなかった。 ※総じてコスパは良かった！

ポートの目の前なので、立地は最高です。 ホテル内のカフェは、食事メニューの品ぞろえが少なく内容もいまひとつの割にいいお値段ですが、コーヒーとケーキ、スムージーはおすすめ。 立地的に完全に静かな環境と言うわけにいかないのはわかるのですが、客室が1階で、スタッフの方が頻繁に部屋の目の前の通路を話しながら通るため、外のひとの会話が筒抜けで聞こえるのが残念んでした。 プールも小さめでデッキチェアも少ないですが、滞在自体は快適でしたよ。

港からとても近くて大変便利で良かった 急な追加の宿泊にも対応してくれて良かった

フィジーに到着後、翌日にヤサワ諸島に高速船で向かう前に1泊しました。ポート・デナラウへ徒歩圏内であり、大変便利な場所にあります。また、部屋も広く快適で、従業員の方々も大変親切で、広くお勧めできるホテルだと思います。

ホテルの設備は必要最小限であり、他のデナラウのホテルのように、ホテルの中で全て済ませられるようなところでは無い。 しかし、ポート・デナラウの目の前に立地しているため、買い物も食事も非常に便利。 比較的新しいホテルなのか、部屋は清潔で綺麗である。 プールはとても小さいが、我が家のように小さい子供がいる家族にとっては、かえって目が行き届いて良かった。

清潔感があり快適な滞在となりました。場所はトランジットのみに適していると思います。空港ホテル間の送迎もスムーズです。トランジットの際はまた利用したいです。

- I called reception for a can opener at 8pm. The security guard brought one up but it didn’t work and we had to return it straight away as it was the only one available from the kitchen. - the shower in the main bathroom has both shower heads running at the same time. The switch button does not work. - The tv connection is terrible and we can’t watch local channels nor cast or use any apps on it. - The shower temperature is never constant and we either burn ourselves or it goes freezing cold - The pots and pans were so dirty on arrival we had to wash and scrub them all. - I have to keep working while on holiday and the wifi is so slow it takes an awful amount of time to download a simple document. - The dryer runs non stop. If you put it in at night it keeps running till the morning.

Amazing stay so close to the pier where all the night life is and staff are all amazing

The Palms Apartment Denarau was so clean, the staff are friendly and great location. We travelled with our 3 little ones who really enjoyed the swimming pool. Its right opposite The Port so your able to have access to the shops, where there are delicious restaurants, bakery, convient shop, spas and you can even catch the boats for day tours.

Walk to shopping area. The property needs upgrading and maintenance

Property is convenient next to the marina. Perfect for day trips to the islands.

We stay a couple of nights. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to store our baggage in their office until we headed to the airport. Rooms were comfortable and clean!

The air conditioner didn't work properly, plus in kitchen, the supplies were not appropriate, the tv didn't work, plus the wifi, there was no help to reconsidering at all, other than that this place is ok. Hope they gave us some kind of discount on things didn't work. Hope they post actual facts, overall, the bedding and the place was awesome. Only thing is that they only provide with bath towels and bath mat. So no face towels and hand towels

No hot water in shower.

Loved how spacious the apartments were. The two bedroom provided plenty space for our party of 5. Lovely staff.

Fantastic location and the rooms are spacious. Unfortunately the power outages went off several times during the night and I need a CPAP machine to sleep safely. Without power I couldn’t sleep. Maybe need a backup generator? Otherwise it’s an fantastic place to stay

Close to Denarau shopping and dinning mall

Clean and modern apartment. Great value for money. Only issue I had was some bugs in my kitchen that had crawled into the kettle. But once I let reception know they sent someone up with bug spray.

Very spacious condo with nice, large bathrooms and living space. We stayed to be near the ferry for morning voyage and the location couldn’t be more convenient. This was a stop halfway through our trip and do having laundry available in the unit was very useful. Two bedroom was an excellent choice for a family of four.
