Wonderful old hotel, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Great location.

The room was renovated and clean, but it smelled a little like paint. Receptionists are kind and friendly. Building is very old.

接客中や部屋、そして立地はとても良かったです。 しかし夜中ずっと、ホテルの近くにあるパブ辺りから大音量の音楽とわめき声が響き渡ってました。 鈍感な人でも気になると思います。

An excellent hotel in the centre of Lille. Beautiful breakfast room, reception and wonderful hotel room. Staff were so nice and polite, very professionally run hotel.

Pratique tarifaire inacceptable. Prix prohibitif pour des prestations minimales – Très décevant. Si la propreté de l'hôtel est irréprochable, la culbute des prix sous prétexte qu’un congrès dans la ville génère une forte demande est inadmissible. Un hôtel 3 étoiles qui pratique soudainement des prix d’un 4 étoiles confortable sans les prestations ad’hoc. La chambre était minuscule (impossible d'y ouvrir deux valises cabine au sol et de déambuler) et les équipements réduits au néant : pas de bouilloire électrique, une simple boîte de mouchoirs et un savon minuscule. Quant à l'accueil, nous avons été gratifiés de la politesse minimale. Le petit-déjeuner est également minimal, sans bons produits (seuls fruits dispos : des kiwis pas mûrs). Payer le prix d’un 4 étoiles confortable et équipé pour si peu de services est une pratique injustifiable. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Hotel bien placé, propre. Chambre un peu petite par rapport aux photos. Noté sur le site un accès à des jeux de société mais il n'y en a pas.

Very central and comfortable. Good customer service

The hotel is by the side of a church and is pedestrianised on 3 sides so it is quiet at night if your room is on one of those sides. I loved the old fashioned reception .The breakfast is buffet style .You cannot get a full English but the french pastries are lovely. Ideal if you want a hotel that is truly french, although reception speak English as well.

Great location. Only a 10mins walk from Lille Europe station. The hotel is very clean and amazingly nice friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Très belle hôtel et bien situé

Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The dining room was clean and the manager very pleasant. The single room was ok but although the shower was powerful im not a big fan of shower curtains that stick to you. I prefer a solid door. Welcome bottle of water and very polite reception. I’m going back.

Perfect, could be doing with some AC but apart from that was a lovely hotel 2 mins from the train station
