房间破旧，不干净。 酒店中餐厅根本不配香格里拉酒店的大名，酒店里能吃饭的餐厅可以说没有。总而言之，不能以别的香格里拉酒店的形象来想象香格里拉的香格里拉酒店。 我的建议是，住过香格里拉酒店的最好不要入住香格里拉的香格里拉酒店，以免失望。

予約をして行ったが、予約が入って無いと言われて頭が真っ白になりました。

A great place to stay in Banna

Overall condition is good, but, not a up to date hotel, opened since 2015, but facility is considered old. Need some effort to bring up the facility. Bath tub also not working.

This is a very premium Shangri-La experience in Shangri-La. Love the stay of this hotel. This hotel is also located at a strategic location.

The amazing staff more than made up for the hotel’s aged look and feel. I really had a very comfortable and happy time staying in the hotel that could surely do with a makeover.

I traveled around the world a lot and have stayed in many 5 stars hotel. This was not even closed to that.

到香格里拉当然一定要入住香格里拉大酒店啦！！ 果然五星级的酒店服务超棒，当初自己在订房的时候疏忽订到了吸烟房，当下打电话与酒店联系的时候麻烦他们帮我备注有更改成非吸烟房，结果入住当天才知道当天满房，所以帮我们升等到亲子的非吸烟房，而且房间还特地放了一个帐篷，小孩开心极了，晚上挑战自己一个人入睡成功，爸爸妈妈也难得一觉好眠。谢谢酒店的贴心

來到香格里拉怎能不住一下香格里拉😂 總體來說，服務很好，特意安排了送機。 一進門就聞到了熟悉的味道，reception跟客房還是喜歡的感覺。可惜的是，本來想在去機場前在餐廳隨便吃點東西。結果點餐後幾乎一個小時中廚都還沒出餐，追問之下告知還要再等差不多一個小時。一怒之下，在酒店隔壁的蒼蠅小館28塊解決問題。

In general the hotel is good, location and staff especially. The two areas that require some sort of improvement are room air-conditioning and the quality of available food, especially breakfast, both very disappointing.

Good services and good location

酒店地處獨克宗古城步行15分鐘內，藏式設計，雖然已經落成挺久了，維護得還是可以的。規模算是香格里拉市內最好的酒店了。房間大小適中，配免費飲用水，還有加濕器。不過隔音有待提高。早餐現在已經恢復自助式。性價比不錯！

Awesome (and expensive) property. Staff was exceptionally helpful. Great property to stay on at least one trip to Shangri-La.

环境和设施都不错

Beautiful hotel, excellent food options and wonderful staff.

Comfortable room, friendly staff. There is an oxygen room for guest who have high attitude sickness To rest. The Chinese restaurant serve nice food and with reasonable price. My husband was having high attitude sickness, the hotel staff was so nice to offer him porridge and milk to help him feel better.

Highly recommend for a stay at Shangri-la. Great location and I would stay there again anytime.

在香格里拉住香格里拉酒店感覺特別親切。除了餐飲有點失望其他都很滿意，以為有香宮中餐可以滿足我們但只有個有點失望的自助餐。遺忘了充電寶在酒店，他們安排寄回。值得一贊。

It is so comfortable to stay there and the breakfast is very delicious.
