Self service when check in and check out. Clean hotel, great location.

Can walk to hotel from Ximen station Exit 4 not so far. The staff can communicate in EN/CN and friendly. Hotel room is quite small but functional the price is most reasonable.

Clean room, good location, stable wifi internet.

the room too small, even It's hard to move with luggage opened.

The room temperature was at 30 degrees all through out. We cant even adjust it to lower temp. We ask assistance to the room attendant, they checked the room but language is a barrier. Other than this experience, everything else was really good. We stayed at room 606, please do check the room.

I stayed here for two nights and I enjoyed my stay. Hotel is near 7eleven and Starbucks and 5mins walk from Ximen Station. I hope that they can provide the address in chinese as I had a hard time going to the hotel because the taxi driver didn't know how to read english :(

Quiet room, good customer service, food is great!

Great location, near the main station and ximending area (for shopping). MRT red line is about five mins away by foot, you will pass by the Peace Park which is also a great place to relax after a long day of touring. There are numerous eateries around the block. The breakfast served by the hotel is just enough to power you through the day, you can choose between Chinese or western set menu, unlimited coffee and tea too! The room is of decent size, housekeeping cleans every day if you request for it through the make up room button. It is very safe to stay there since the main door only opens at night if you have a room key card. Only downside would be the check in /check out counter is on the other side of the road, The B7 Hotel. But it's just a few steps away so I didn't really mind. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Taipei.

I have a pleasant stay! Hotel is clean and near the taipei main station. They also serve good breakfast!

It's easy to find the hotel. Go to exit 1 at NTU university Mrt station. We stay at the B7 Journey but has to check in at B7 hotel. But it is just at the opposite.

The hotel is really nice, i really love their breakfast especially the siomay and bakpao is really good ❤️❤️❤️ the room is small but quite clean, i think its a good price and good place. Next year i will visit here again, thanks Beauty Hotel Taipei.

Excellent customer service and clean rooms

Very nice location, clean facilities and very comfortable. However, needs to improve on food serving, the amount is not appropriate even for one person. Hoping that management may take a look for this area to improve. But I will recommend this to my friends :)

They were clean the room everyday. Only problem is I need their help for a reservation in starbucks taipei 101 because they are mandarin speaking the receptionist told me "ah it is very difficult to book in starbucks". No actions were made she just told us she can't help us. I was expecting more.

Need variation of vegetarian food for breakfast.

Hotel has a great location, near the NTU station (mrt), shopping district is walking distance, bank is accessible which you need for foreign exchange and tourist spots are near. Great stay! Highly recommended!
