Breakfast was good.

We stayed at ocean view room for our vacation, and enjoyed brilliant view during daytime and had calm and relaxed moments at night. The hotel is located 5 to 10 min distance on foot from the central area of Penzance where you can see restaurants and shops, and it took only 15 min walk to the edge of the next town where Mackerel Sky Seafood Bar is located. The location was very convenient for a car owner, and we could visit famous places (Land’s End, St Ives, etc) within 20 to 30 min by drive. We will definitely come back again!

建物自体は少し古いですが、部屋によってはリノベーションがされており、水回りなど特に問題はありませんでした。 朝食も美味しく、近くに大きなプールもあるので夏にバカンスとして滞在するにはオススメです！

部屋の清掃が行き届いていない。部屋は値段の割に狭い。朝食はまあまあ美味しいがサーブが遅い

良かった点・・立地 悪かった点・・清掃が行き届いておらず、机の上やバスタブが汚かった。

歴史を感じる趣きあるホテルでイギリスの田舎のあたたかさを感じました。

目の前に海が広がるステキなホテルでした。駅からは歩いて15分程度でしたが、荷物の多いとき以外は徒歩でも気にならない距離でした。 スタッフもみなさん気さくな方ばかりでとても良い滞在ができました。

セント マイケルズ マウントに行くために1泊しました。 ペンザンス駅から徒歩で15分くらいです。 駅から少し離れているので、大きな荷物があると歩いて行くのは大変かもしれません。 朝食のスタート時間はオンタイムではなかったので、出発時間に余裕がない場合は先に伝えておくといいと思います。 スタッフの方は親切で、お部屋は静かで清潔でバスタブがありアメニティも充実していて、窓からは海が見えます。 朝食の飲み物はコーヒーをオーダーしましたが、イギリスですし、紅茶の方が美味しそうでした。

Good hotel with friendly staff. Convenient laudramat next door.

Skønt beliggende hotel og skønt værelse med flot havudsigt. Rent og pænt og en godt stort værelse. Fint badeværelse med kar. Flot udvalg til morgenmad. Fin restaurant og “ havestue” med skøn udsigt. Barområde og opholdsstue virker lidt trist, det kunne godt gøres mere hyggeligt. Hotellet ligger rigtig dejligt med fin adgang til byen, togstation og havet

If want to experience a stay in a unique local hotel, this is it. The building is Victorian, and the environment is comfortable but not trendy. Not everything matches or was updated in the same year, but that is what makes it feel more homey to me. They could probably do with some bathroom upgrades, but everything worked fine and truly that’s all you need. The restaurant is very gluten free friendly, and their gluten free fish and chips were great. The breakfast was very extensive with generous portions. The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The location on the Promenade made it even more special. I would stay here again.

Old fashioned hotel but they were very nice and accommodating when we asked for things (hand towels, tissues) that weren't in the room already.

Gute Lage, Viele Räume mit Meeresblick. Kein Frühstückbuffet. Personal überfordert. Dauerte 40 min. bis wir Frühstück erhielten. Hotel mit grossem Potenzial, aber vernachlässigt. Schade

Staff was great, especially in the dining room. Food is very nice. Room is very basic. Not sure how it works when it's very cold as there's no way to heat the room.

It has an old world charm that is very endearing. Having breakfast overlooking the sea was a highlight as it was very roomy and staff very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The staff are lovely helpful and polite. The very best part of the hotel which is sadly a run down Victorian/Edwardian pile in desperate need of a total revamp. However, I know this will never happen as it would not stack up financially. Served us well for a single night on the way back from the Scilly. One of the few dog friendly hotels we could find in Penzance. Breakfast was nice but we chose a really busy time and the staff were amazing under pressure. The place was remarkably busy. But I guess that reflects the limited choice in the town.

Wonderful place to stay in Penzance. Charming older hotel with exceptional staff. Greetings from reception, attentive & pleasant dining room personnel, Lovely gathering place for ladies, artisans, locals & visitors. Superb location by promenade, gardens, galleries, bike path & town proper. I’ll always return there, the Queen’s Hotel has my name on it:)

Nice clean room, huge bathroom, comfortable bed. The views out to sea are stunning and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was really good. Will definitely stay here again
