Breakfast was good.

We stayed at ocean view room for our vacation, and enjoyed brilliant view during daytime and had calm and relaxed moments at night. The hotel is located 5 to 10 min distance on foot from the central area of Penzance where you can see restaurants and shops, and it took only 15 min walk to the edge of the next town where Mackerel Sky Seafood Bar is located. The location was very convenient for a car owner, and we could visit famous places (Land’s End, St Ives, etc) within 20 to 30 min by drive. We will definitely come back again!

建物自体は少し古いですが、部屋によってはリノベーションがされており、水回りなど特に問題はありませんでした。 朝食も美味しく、近くに大きなプールもあるので夏にバカンスとして滞在するにはオススメです！

部屋の清掃が行き届いていない。部屋は値段の割に狭い。朝食はまあまあ美味しいがサーブが遅い

良かった点・・立地 悪かった点・・清掃が行き届いておらず、机の上やバスタブが汚かった。

歴史を感じる趣きあるホテルでイギリスの田舎のあたたかさを感じました。

目の前に海が広がるステキなホテルでした。駅からは歩いて15分程度でしたが、荷物の多いとき以外は徒歩でも気にならない距離でした。 スタッフもみなさん気さくな方ばかりでとても良い滞在ができました。

セント マイケルズ マウントに行くために1泊しました。 ペンザンス駅から徒歩で15分くらいです。 駅から少し離れているので、大きな荷物があると歩いて行くのは大変かもしれません。 朝食のスタート時間はオンタイムではなかったので、出発時間に余裕がない場合は先に伝えておくといいと思います。 スタッフの方は親切で、お部屋は静かで清潔でバスタブがありアメニティも充実していて、窓からは海が見えます。 朝食の飲み物はコーヒーをオーダーしましたが、イギリスですし、紅茶の方が美味しそうでした。

Pleasant stay

Easy check-in, very friendly and helpful staff, and a cooked-to-order breakfast were the stand-outs from my stay. There is good parking and the hotel is in a prime location with excellent views of the bay. This was my third stay at the Queens Hotel and I have no hesitation in booking again.

The view was amazing and the walk in shower was brilliant for my 89 year old mum

Rooms good the only let down was the Gluten Free English Breakfast came with gluten containing itens. Alsobthe gluten free muesli ordered never turned up

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlt eigentlich an allem, aber der Glanz vergangener Zeiten ist noch spürbar, was einen gewissen Reiz hat. Das Einzelzimmer war sehr groß. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar, aber etwas getrübt von viel Mövenschiss! Der Frühstückskellner war freundlich, aber deutlich überfordert (sechs Tische nicht abgeräumt, er dauernd „verschwunden“, obwohl noch nicht viel los war). Mein Zimmer war um 16 Uhr (Check-In) noch nicht fertig, obwohl ich schon den Schlüssel hatte.

Room was clean and good size, downside the bed squeaked when u turned over and the head board kept hitting the wall

A fairly limited breakfast menu compared to equivalent hotels and prices. The best thing fir is was the view over the sea which was spectacular during stormy weather.

My stay at the queens hotel was simply perfect in every way I can’t fault them on anything I strongly recommend everyone to experience what I just had

Clean, nice staff and great food.

Had a comfortable couple of nights whilst my boiler was out of action. Clean, well appointed single room with modern en-suite bathroom. Slept very well. A nice old traditional hotel, some areas are a little worn / dated, but I understand looking after a property of this size and age is no small undertaking. Everyone was friendly and professional, from reception to the bar and dining staff. I got a great rate, with breakfast included, really was excellent value. Thank you Queens hotel.
