星も付けたくないほどでした

昨日2度目のチェックイン。部屋が変わり良かった。前2泊のシングルはトイレの排水管？が臭くて不眠。今回はと思ったが20時30分、シャワーを浴びたがお湯が全く出ず。温くもならず。外は暑くてもシャワーはお湯を使いたい。急にプール入った気分。風邪を引いた見たいで鼻汁出る。唯一の系列ホテルでの朝食バイキングは日曜日で時間変更と。アナウンスなし。指定開始時間に再訪すると既に白人若い女性グループが朝食中？ レセプション女性もレストラン女性も不機嫌の極み。食器、パン等も不揃い。普通に宿泊したいだけですけど。。完全に外れましたね

ヌエバ広場の前で素晴らしく便利な立地です。アルカサルへもホテルの前の道の坂道を歩くとすぐに行けます。ヌエバ広場はとても賑やかな場所なので静けさを求める人には不向きですが、食事や買い物には不自由しません。スタッフも親切ですし、部屋も清潔です。

ホテルは、アルハンブラ宮殿へアクセスしやすいところにあり便利だった。部屋の中は、綺麗に掃除されており、バルコニーもあり、雰囲気が良かった。

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋も清潔で広かったです。観光するのも便利な立地でした。出発の日は朝が早かったのですが、目の前の広場にタクシー乗り場があったので助かりました。アルハンブラ宮殿へは徒歩で15分もかかりませんでした。

アルハンブラ徒歩圏内で、周辺も活気があるので何かと便利です。部屋は広くないけど不自由はなかったです。

ホテルの従業員がとても親切でした。観光案内、バス路線も親切に説明してくれました。ロケーションも大変良い。 タクシー乗り場、バス乗り場も近く。アルハンブラ宮殿へのアクセスにも大変便利です。 繁華街へのアクセスも徒歩で行けます。ただ、前が公園で夜中までダンスとミュージックが催されうるさかったのが、 残念でした。

清潔感があり、過ごしやすかった。ロケーションもよく、アルハンブラ宮殿に行くには良かった。ただ、シャワーがベッド横の公衆電話ボックスのような形であり、扉の上は空いていて湯気がそのまま部屋に入ってきた。下から水も漏れ、部屋の床が少し濡れた。シャワー以外は、スタッフの対応もよく、清潔感があり、ロケーションもよかった。一泊二日であれば問題ない。

Very friendly staff and great location

Staff was very friendly. At night, they're at the reception of the Hotel Monjas del Carmen, but it's literally one block away, so it was easy to contact them. The hotel is right on Plaza Nueva, where all the buses, taxis, tours, etc are. Very pleased.

Tivemos problemas com o primeiro quarto! Ao trocar, não tivemos mais problemas. O café da manhã é muito bom. Dentro de outro hotel a poucos metros do AMC Granafa

Great location receptionist was awesome and very helpful Room was clean with a great view of Plaza Nueva Bed was really firm and the bathroom was VERY small

The hotel parking is extremely difficult to access (2 levels underground, cannot follow a single line and need to go backwards to redirect in the middle of steep-sloped turns (several times), etc.), even for European drivers with years of experience with manual gears (stick shift). If you come from the US, my advice is: don’t even try it, it’s not worth the risk of making bumps in your rental car. Everything else with this hotel is great.

Lo único malo es el Parking 23 euros y es espantoso aparcar, entrar al hotel es un caos mandan las indicaciones en un mensaje de WhatsApp que no se puede acceder si vas conduciendo solo, por suerte mi esposo me apoyó mucho sola imposible de aparcar y de llegar

Nous avons séjourné en famille et nous avons tout simplement adoré ! 🌟 La chambre était spacieuse, climatisée et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons très bien dormi, ce qui est rare en voyage avec des enfants. L’accueil a été excellent, chaleureux et attentionné du début à la fin. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour en toute sérénité en famille.

Room 402 absolutely the best balcony in the city!!! We rented 2 rooms for our family and it was perfect. The rooms a simple but very comfortable and clean. Amazing location!

AMC FUNCIONA MAS A LA MANERA DE HOSTAL, infraestructura mínima en la habitación y bastant suciedadDesconocía la ciudad y el Google Maps me traía todo el rato por el Albaicín y a punto estuve de destrozar el coche. Importante avisar al visitante de que no sigan esas rutas a través del Paseo Colón

Jorge welcomed us and was great. He gave us a great room with amazing views. We had an excellent stay :)

Nice reception

Best part was how close to the Alhambra it was. Negatives - it was not a 3 min “walk” to the Alhambra. Maybe via taxi or the bus, on a good day. The parking & breakfast was not on-site. The toilet paper were tiny sheets like bar napkins, not a roll.
