スタッフの接客がとても良いです。お茶を飲みながら綺麗な中庭を眺めてリラックスしました。部屋やベッドは清潔で、シャワーのお湯の温度も量も十分でした。アルマス広場まで歩いて20分ですが、インカの石造りの道を通るので楽しんで歩けます。ホテルの並びに安くて美味しい食堂が数件あります。価格に対してすべてがとても良いのでお薦めです。

スタッフがとても親切でした。スーパーも近くにあって便利です。 壁が薄いので向かいの部屋のドライヤーの音が聞こえるてしまうのと、エアコンがないので星4つです。

街中にもかかわらず，とても静かな環境で，かつ部屋がかなり大きくとてもゆっくりできました．また，お茶のセルフサービスがフロント横にあったり，オーナーさんがとても親切な方で英語も流暢に話していただけるなど，とても助かりました．

レセプションの方がとても親切で丁寧な対応をしてくれた。英語も話せるので安心して過ごすことができた。

Bom hotel em Cusco, instalação boa, próxima ao Centro histórico. Quartos espaçosos e limpos com arrumação diária muito boa. Bom banheiro com ducha quentinha. Café da manhã Bom, podem melhorar com mais quantidade de frutas e pães frescos. Equipe extremamente prestativa, com destaque a funcionária Vênus que demonstrou muita simpatia e bastante atenciosa.

Hotel com quartos novos e reformados. Bem arrumado e limpo. Próximo do centro de Cusco. Bom café da manhã, poderiam ter msis opções de pães.

Hotel muy cómodo, limpio y con una excelente ubicación, cerca del centro y de los principales puntos de interés. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia.

The staff here were AMAZING, ACCOMMODATING, HELPFUL, And Really kind. The place was freezing but the staff made up for it by providing heaters.

Very friendly staff ,helped us with every need. We enjoyed the beautiful humming bird garden in back on multiple occasions. Well worth the price.

Ideal location, walking distance to main center of historic district. All staff saw to it that we had everything we needed. Enjoyed daily breakfast before setting out for the day.

The rooms are clean and quiet. It is very close to Wachaq station but about 15-20 min from the main plaza. 24 hour front desk is fantastic

We stayed at Illas Inn for 2 nights before and 3 nights after we did a hiking trek near Cusco. The hotel staff was very helpful in securing transportation to the start of our hike and providing storage for our luggage while we were on the trail. We were treated to a very delicious breakfast every morning of our stay and we looked forward to the delicious, fresh food and the friendly faces of the breakfast staff. When we arrived a bit early for checkin we sat in the lovely solarium at the hotel where we could view the beautiful and peaceful walled flower garden. The hotel is near all the sites we wanted to visit by walking. I didn't want to leave- we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Located within a 10 minute walk from the main square. Room was fine, had enough space for everything and the breakfast was good. Staff were very nice too and kept my suitcase in storage whilst I went to machu Picchu (you can't really take a large suitcase to machu Picchu on the train unless you folk out a lot of money with one of the train operators)

Staff was super friendly and the hotel was really nice. We had a train early in the morning to the location was perfect, it took us a 2 minutes to go from the hotel to the station.

Good hotel walking distance from the main plaza. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are not many restaurants close by, but there is a great produce market and supermarket with good prices. The only small negative thing is that the breakfast room is very cold.

El personal es muy amable, resolvieron todos mis problemas durante mi estancia (lavanderia, amenidades, gestión de huesdes ruidosos, ayuda con mis tours) lo cual agradezco mucho al ser extranjero. Las instalaciones son lindas y funcionales, suficiente para mi estancia, cerca de zonas de interés y dentro de zona donde las agencias de tours pueden recogerte. El desayuno es bueno y suficiente. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.
