部屋は少し臭く、シャワーは少し故障しており、バルコニーを注文したのですがバルコニーはありませんでした。

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Our first room had some issues but they quickly moved us to another room without any fuss. The second room was great. The breakfast every morning was actually pretty good with a nice selection of choose from. It's in a nice area of the city with many restaurants within a short walk. This is important because tourists are often robbed in some areas. There is a small shop two minutes away that's open 24 hours. I can't stress how much help the staff was. As a foreigner who doesn't speak the language they helped us order cars, food and gave good directions. They also looked out for us and steered us away from a Turk Turk driver who liked to drink a little too much. Protecting my family and I meant a lot to me. I would highly recommend it and would definitely go back there.

Nothing good to compliment. Basic needs are provided. Small meal for breakfast. Staffs are not friendly and not helpful and very passive.

Clean hotel, good location but the sound proofing is not good in front of hotel is another building under construction.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures: comfy and clean. The location is good, in the down town, so I can go anywhere. The staffs are friendly:) Good to meet them.

Taken 3 days 2 nights in Heli Boutique Hotel. Happy to stay in this hotel with very supportive and friendly staffs. Room is value for money, but a quite old. Even just a few guesses in the hotel because Covid-19, breakfast is available. In the last day, I ask a earlier breakfast at 6h45 AM. It is OK. Much appreciated their kind. Will be back surely.

I’m a bit difficult sometimes and the room was find by my standards, In the picture it look bigger. I had a balcony for smoker it’s a good plus since they put a ashtray for you guys. The breakfast was good but they forgot to put some of side that was suppose to be on my plate. Next it was hard to get money change by the reception never had enough for what I need it and it was not much since I travel cheap. The item in the mini bar where expensive but lucky to me we had a 24 shop just around the corner. I totally would recommend that place they where helpful

Good boutique hotel, nice service. Only the room looks old and some of AirCons are not cold enough. Overall is OK for such price. Breakfast is moderate, not so special. Swimming pool is too small and sort of dirty.

Fasilitas sangat baik, hospitalitynya juga bagus, ramah dan cepat tanggap. Semuanya oke kecuali untuk pilihan makanan mungkin lebih baik mencoba makanan di luar. Untuk minuman banyak variasinya. Recommended karena lokasinya jauh dari bising tapi tetap strategis
