一階ですのでスーツケース搬送が楽！米国のモーテル風でシンプルなれど清潔・安心・快適！暖房も随時運転で浴室も常に暖かい！170cmの爺が足を伸ばして首まで湯に浸かれるのは非常に嬉しい！部屋にきれいなアイロンとプレス台があって大いに役立った。ティッシュペーパー有り、金庫無し。前日までのクラッシックホテルの不便さが夢の様です。Wi-Fiは大容量ファイル授受の場合は廊下に出て高速化しましょう。

移動途中に一泊で利用しました。　スタッフの方は皆んな笑顔で対応してくれて気持ち良く利用できました。特にホテルのレストランではディナーも朝食も取りましたが、サービスの対応も速く美味しかったです。　設備は少々古いながらも、心地良く滞在できるよう綺麗に整えてられて快適でした。　唯一残念だったのは、WiFiの状態が遅く不安定で繋がりにくかった事です。　

We have stayed here a couple of times now and love it here. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean with some of my favourite toiletries in the bathroom and Tunnock biscuits for a snack. Breakfast is hot and tasty with cereals and a varied choice for breakfast from a full Scottish fry up to pastries, French toast and porridge to name a few. I chose the pancakes with banana and syrup and there were devine. Plenty of tea and coffee too. We had lunch on the Friday prior to checking in - fish and chips and steak pie - both delicious. Staff are always genuinely friendly, cheery and helpful here and are a credit to the hotel with particular mention to John in the bar and Rose in reception. Thank you for another wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back.

Beds were very stiff and the adjacent room had twin bunks, not two twin beds. Very basic and not worth what we paid.

Only a one night stay, but i have stayed here before, so would recommend.

C’était vraiment pas propre. Ongles, poils, dès notre arrivée et même après leur « ménage » qui consiste à juste vider les poubelles et faire le lit.

Is old style but doable for the price away from Glasgow in Dumbarton if you rent a car then its a clean and feasible option. Its just not a typical hotel style look and feel but no cons as such either.

Great stay. Check-in was easy, staff were friendly. Restaurant was really busy, but staff did a great job managing it. Shout out to Lesley for getting us in for dinner.

The building looks very dated from the outside and some further refurbishment of the rooms is needed but overall it's a great place to stay. Easy parking, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and modern bathroom. Evening meal was lovely as was breakfast. Would recommend and would return.

It has everything someone might want, but it is dated and unremarkable. Adequate for a short, no-frills stay. Very helpful staff and lots of parking space.
