タクシーでホテルに向かい到着すると玄関に電話があり「かけて下さい」ということだったのでかけると男性が来て中でチェックインを済ませると、泊まるところは別の場所だと言われ、車で5分ぐらいの場所に連れて行ってくれました。その時点で夜の10時を過ぎていたし少し不安はありました。 泊まった所は1軒家でとても清潔でしたが、スタッフは泊まらずお客さんだけで泊まるってシェアハウスみたいでした。もうスタッフの対応も良かったのですがもう泊まりたいとは思いません。

今回で2回目の利用。オーナーが同居していないので、チェックイン時に電話して来てもらう必要があり、少し待たされるのが難点か。後は、部屋は清潔で使いやすい。この時期、ユーコンを旅するカナダ人老夫婦の利用が多い。全体的にコスパは悪くない。

朝食は、パンやシリアルに加え、フルーツやヨーグルトなどもあり、朝からしっかりと食べることができた。今回は空いている時期に泊まったので、全く問題はなかったが、ワンフロアーにトイレがついたバスルームが一つなので、混んでいる場合は、不便かもしれないという心配がある。ランドリー施設がないので、長期滞在の場合は施設外のものを利用しなければならない。ダウンタウンから少し離れているので静かで、気兼ねなく過ごせる施設だった。近くにはスーパーマーケットがあり食料品等の調達には便利な場所であった。ダウンタウンやファーストフード店にも歩いていける便利な所だった。

とても清潔できれいなホテルでした。オーナーがタクシー経営もしており、空港までのタクシー確保も簡単で便利でした。ホテルでオーロラ観察もできました。上々の旅でした。

Excellent stay in Whitehorse! Clean rooms with everything you need, complete shared kitchen and lounge, central location and safe feeling. Strongly recommend!

Pretty new accommodations. Very clean. Was upgraded from a room to half a house! Lots of space & privacy. Warm & not too warm. Well equipped kitchen w/ dishes & everything I needed for a bit of cooking, etc. The cable was a little disappointing. Location is a bit out of the way for shopping, restaurants, etc. Not bad if you have the use of a vehicle. I do recommend this Inn.

Within walking distance to everything. Like staying at someone’s home. Relaxed atmosphere.

Diré para empezar que estuvimos muy a gusto viaje con la familia, 4 adultos y todo muy bien. cabe aclarar que la propiedad no es un hotel como tal, mas bien seria una casa de huéspedes donde te rentan habitaciones y tienen áreas comunes para todos los huéspedes. al ser familia y no tener mas huéspedes que nosotros en el departamento fue excelente, no se si seria lo mismo con desconocidos y compartiendo las áreas comunes. si buscas un hotel con habitación y baño privado esta no es la propiedad. sino tienes inconveniente en convivir con extraños es una gran opción.

Friendly staff and lovely, clean rooms at a reasonable price.

Check in/out was easy. It was a clearly well maintained and clean place that met all of our needs. Location is also close to everything we wanted to see which was a huge plus.

Access was via a phone call and key code for the door. No staff on site, but simple and easy access. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. I stayed on 2 occasions and in 2 different properties and what I would say is that guests seem to be less considerate with noise when there are no staff on location.

The Midnight Sun Inn is a 3 story house each floor is equipped with a large kitchen, fridge, oven, sink several pots, pans and utensils and full bathroom, extra seating and space in the kitchens area for shared gatherings. The top floor has coin operated laundry, I noticed a sign for dishwashing machine but I washed my cups and spoons in the local sink, I am not sure which floor(s) have them. I felt very comfortable and got a very restful sleep each of 3 nights. It was like living in a condo I could hear foot falls from the stairs sometimes. I counted 17 pairs of shoes at the front entrance that were staying on my 2nd and 3rd day. I walked the house on my first day lots of windows and in warmer weather they have small decks to walk out on. I liked this much better than a motel.

Welcoming atmosphere. Kind and accommodating staff. I would definitely stay again.

A convenient location with good parking . Room was clean and met all our needs for a very reasonable price. Staff was very accommodating when travel plans were unexpectedly changed. Will return for future visits.

Plenty of hair on the bed,felt like it wasn't cleaned,found nails in the bathroom as well while the socket doesn't work in the bathroom. Lack of maintenance and low attention to details.
