タクシーでホテルに向かい到着すると玄関に電話があり「かけて下さい」ということだったのでかけると男性が来て中でチェックインを済ませると、泊まるところは別の場所だと言われ、車で5分ぐらいの場所に連れて行ってくれました。その時点で夜の10時を過ぎていたし少し不安はありました。 泊まった所は1軒家でとても清潔でしたが、スタッフは泊まらずお客さんだけで泊まるってシェアハウスみたいでした。もうスタッフの対応も良かったのですがもう泊まりたいとは思いません。

今回で2回目の利用。オーナーが同居していないので、チェックイン時に電話して来てもらう必要があり、少し待たされるのが難点か。後は、部屋は清潔で使いやすい。この時期、ユーコンを旅するカナダ人老夫婦の利用が多い。全体的にコスパは悪くない。

朝食は、パンやシリアルに加え、フルーツやヨーグルトなどもあり、朝からしっかりと食べることができた。今回は空いている時期に泊まったので、全く問題はなかったが、ワンフロアーにトイレがついたバスルームが一つなので、混んでいる場合は、不便かもしれないという心配がある。ランドリー施設がないので、長期滞在の場合は施設外のものを利用しなければならない。ダウンタウンから少し離れているので静かで、気兼ねなく過ごせる施設だった。近くにはスーパーマーケットがあり食料品等の調達には便利な場所であった。ダウンタウンやファーストフード店にも歩いていける便利な所だった。

とても清潔できれいなホテルでした。オーナーがタクシー経営もしており、空港までのタクシー確保も簡単で便利でした。ホテルでオーロラ観察もできました。上々の旅でした。

not a hotel, a house

Booked a hotel room, check-in at dining room table and told to remove shoes while others waited inline outside to check-in, told I was getting an upgrade at another location which was basically a hostel. Will never stay here again.

The only thing to be mindful of is that parking is tight if you have a big vehicle, other than that we did enjoy our stay there and do recommend this place!

Staff was helpful, friendly, and prompt with requests. The small kitchen had all the reasonable amenities and appliances needed. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das mutmaßliche Upgrade auf ein Zimmer in einem Neben- oder Zweitgebäude war gegenüber den relativ gemütlichen Zimmer im Haupthaus, die auch im Hotelprospekt abgebildet sind, kein Gewinn.

The room was nice and clean. The only issue was the bed. The mattress needs to be changed.

Super clean and the gentleman that checked us in was very kind and helpful. He even upgraded us to a bigger room! I enjoyed the amenities in the bathroom and the desk was nice to fill out postcards. The room and bathroom were clean and clutter free as were the shared spaces.

It was basically a b&b situation. Room upstairs, away from main location (I had trouble finding it), with a kitchen downstairs. It would be an ideal place for a fairly long-term stay, but not just for one night.

Good for staying

Looking for a perfect place with large kitchen and sitting area for relaxing with coffee. Midnight Sun has what you need. More than a hotel room with laundry services. Located just minutes from supermarket and walking trail near Yukon River. Staff were great and house was very clean. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

The place was great. Clean and comfortable and quiet. Hope to be back again.
