総合評価とレビュー Don Pepe Hotel y Cabañas

宿泊当日は水が出ず、シャワーはもちろんのこと、トイレも使うことが出来なかった為、HOTELを替えようと検討したが、店のオーナーのとても献身的なサービスが良かったので、1日経って直れば連泊と決めた。結果水の問題は解決し、通常のかなり良いサービスを受ける事が出来た。

Las instalaciones me encantaron. La atención del personal fue la mejor. El desayuno muy rico. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a hospedarme con ellos

There were things that happened that were out of they're control but what they could control they did great.Would definitely stay again.

Atendeu bem a expectativa para passar uma noite. Limpo e ótimo atendimento.

If you stay in rooms - you hear everything what happens in the hotel. Hard to sleep. Probably cabanas should be better. Everything else is fine. Continental breakfast is good you can order eggs additionally.

Very walkable from the main shops and restaurants

Although the family style cabins are quite dated, for the price it’s clean, the staff is lovely and super helpful and there are good options for eating. Wish the cabins were outside and allowed fresh air as it was very hot and we could not get a breeze through the room to cool it down.

El hotel es un poco lejos de la calle principal por si no quieren caminar no es la propiedad adecuada de resto todo perfecto

Fue una muy buena experiencia. El desayuno es muy bueno. El hotel tiene supermercado y restaurante a distancias cortas La atención del personal es muy buena. Especialmente Johana , que hizo todo lo posible para hacer llegar en taxi hasta el aeropuerto, un bolso olvidado en la habitación Muchísimas gracias Johana. Excelente atención y amor por el trabajo que hace

Localização otima, staff atenciosos e educados, roupa de cama e toalhas cheirosos, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Excelente custo beneficio

Very small rooms. Noisy. The breakfast was very limited.

Book Don Pepe for the convenience. Easy walk to downtown. This is a low cost, very simple place. The rooms are suitable, low cost rooms. Beds were surprisingly comfortable (although obviously old), showers had strong hot water (although small with a plastic shower curtain that sticks to you while you shower). Outside of the room is the place to be! They have many tables in a beautiful greenhouse like area with fabulous plants and flowers!! We hung out outside while waiting for others in our group to get ready. I would recommend for anyone looking for a simple inexpensive place to stay at is in walking distance to downtown.

Lo mejor de todo fue la atención de lucio y Johanna , excelentes personas , muy serviciales y atentos , felicitaciones para ambos

This place looked fine in the photos but when we checked in it was so dingy and dated. Our room smelled like gas. The bathroom had a weird setup. Bed was not good. Just nothing was quite right. We ended up moving to another similarly priced hotel just down the street that was so much better. The people at reception were nice.

El Personal es muy amable , de hecho dejamos algunas cosas olvidadas en el hotel e hicieron lo imposible para comunicarnos de nuestro olvido . El valor de la honestidad lo vale todo . Gracias don pepe…

A acomodação é ótima, infelizmente a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar visto que o piso era de carpete e claramente estava bastante empoeirado/sujo.. A mobilia também era bem antiga.

Everything is just wrong and the beds, it would have been more confortable to sleep on the floor

It is a perfect stay for the little village. Got everything you need! And people at reception were lovely!
