とにかく景色が綺麗でした

三世代旅行なので朝食付きで二部屋予約しました。 チェックインすると朝食会場が別々の会場で設定されていました。 数部屋同時予約される方は要望欄に書き込む事をお勧めします。 従業員の方は皆さん優しい感じでした。

外は寒かったので駐車場が近くて良かったです。朝食もお値段の割には種類がたくさんあって美味しかったです。

天気次第で雰囲気変わります。晴れていればコスパが良いと思います

訪れた人を幸せにするホテルでした。

和室に滞在しました。古めですが、問題ないです。遊覧船乗り場がすぐ前にあり、便利です。天気が良かったので、遊覧船に乗って、阿寒湖の素晴らしい景色とまりもを見ることができました。

中心街で便利でした。

普通のホテルでしたが、ロケーションは抜群でした。

従業員の対応がきめ細かく好感が持てるホテルでした 釣り人に対しても理解があり色々と情報をくれたりサポートをしてくれたりと助かりました コロナの影響なのか朝食のバフェが貧弱だったのがちょっと残念でしたね

古いけど、湖に面した温泉宿として十分の味わいがあります。 そしてスタッフのおじさんたちの笑顔が最高です。

エレベーターが1台しかなく待ち時間が多い。 せっかくの露天風呂が景色が見えない。 部屋の鍵が1つしかなく別々行動ができにくい。（風呂時間も同様）

帰る前に朝風呂に入っていると、脱衣所などで掃除が始まり落ち着かなかった。湖が目の前で、ロケーションは良かったが、もう少し、気遣いがほしかった

We stayed at Hotel Gozensui during our stay at Hokkaido. The staff was very friendly and helpful and onsen was really beautiful and relaxing. We do recommend eating at the hotel as a lot of restaurants around the area close early (we were there March 2026). For breakfast there’s a little udon restaurant that we highly recommend.

我之前都來日本到了阿含湖，我都會住在御前水的飯店 我喜歡御前水的飯店及溫泉。

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch mit Charme!

Location on the lake is amazing and the traditional onsen wonderful

Slightly dated accommodation but nice view on the lake.

Une chambre spacieuse avec une très belle vue .

Hotel workers, everybody was very nice and kind.

The signs of time are evident on this property, it is evident that it has seen better days. However, the staff is welcoming and the service is good. Note - the town is dormant and looks almost abandoned
