清潔な客室で過ごしやすいホテルです。

広くて、清潔なのは良かった。バスルームも広いので、使いやすかった。目の前に高いビルが建ったので、窓にレースカーテンくらいは欲しかった。

スタッフの感じは良い。と言っても2〜3人しか会ってないが。部屋は広くていい。バスタブも大きくて、高級ホテルよりもいいかもしれない。今回23人くらいで利用した。

繁華街にあるホテルです。

ホテルの対応もよく　朝食付きで　近くに　コンビニや飲食店もあり気持ち良く宿泊出来ました

部屋は綺麗で、広々と開放感がありました。 スタッフの方は英語と日本語を少し理解できる方がいて、 とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 周囲には食事ができる場所がたくさんあり、コンビニも近くにあり 立地も良かったです。

衣装ケース型洗濯機Stylerの設置があり、韓国料理を食べた後の消臭に重宝した。 朝食は必要最小限。WiFiは問題無し。

近くにロッテモールがあり便利でした。

全体的にとてもいい。 この値段でこのグレードはなかなかないと思う。大きなホテルなのに 受付がフレンドリーなのがいい。 朝食は改善の余地あり。

Clean room and very kind staff. A lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was basic with "continental' and Korean options, but was adequate. Parking space is sufficient. When it is tricky, the staff will help you for free. Adding a door for the toilet inside the bathroom would be nice for the privacy and simultaneous use of the toilet and bathroom sink by two family members. Adding a closet / drawer would be handy for those staying more than a couple of days.

Stayed 6 nights with my family. Very conveniently located near the city hall with a lot of restaurants around and it's easy to get to tourist attractions in Gwangju and it's vicinity. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was basic (home made Korean and kinda continental), but was adequate. It'd be better to serve milk from a jar rather than straight from the carton. The room was clean and spacious. The layout is "creative" and "unorthodox" (different from typical cookie-cutter American hotel rooms), but didn't present any issue. The toilet inside the bathroom doesn't have a separate door. It'd be better to add a door for the privacy so that a family member can use the sink (e.g for toothbrushing) while the toilet is being used by another. For family travellers, the lack of any closet space is a downside. Each room has its own wifi but no encryption. It'd be nice to add USB (A and C) ports for charging devices especially considering that power outlets are a bit inconveniently located. A spot was always available for parking during my stay.

조식당을 관리하는 분이 친절합니다 번화가에 있습니다

연휴를 맞아 아이들데리고 야구관람을 위한 여행을 계획하고 이용했어요~직원분들 다 친절하시고 방도 깨끗하고 스타일러와 안마의자까지! 큰 식탁도 있어서 다섯식구 야식 먹을때 편했습니다~^^ 또 광주 방문할 계획이 생기면 다시 이용할 생각입니다~!😄

Low quality breakfast. Do not choose breakfirst. Quality is low, start time is 7:30 (too late), even staff did not give vouchers in advance. They only give a voucher for the next morning. Instead, there are good and cheep restaurants around the hotel for breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff at this hotel were so helpful and friendly! The rooms were clean and the breakfasts were wonderful. The only issue we had was that the beds were very hard. This is largely a personal preference. Would recommend!

We had a great time at hotel B. Staff was great when we checked in they upgraded us to a fantastic room, thank you!
