1. In our booking have a free breakfast but unfortunately no that kinds of offer.. We paid because of that offer.. Very up-set.. No discount from room rate deduction. 2. 3 times change room because of balcony door (ground floor) cannot close (security), no water heater, no internet coverage. 3. Room service/make-up after a day.. Very poor not proper replace a new bed sheet and many things at a normal service of room tidy..

Resort yang terletak berhadapan pantai sangat tenang dan nyaman, sesuai untuk luangkan masa santai bersama keluarga dan kawan-kawan, tidak terlalu jauh dari telok nipah, servis layanan yang terbaik ramah dan sangat selesa dan berpuas hati.

Had an upgrade from the dilapidated chalet with a great hilltop view of the sea to a newer room and better on the lower ground. The toilet flusher wasn't working very well. Don't depend on them to make up your room daily because they are understaffed. For a budget stay and to be near the beach, if you are not choosy or fussy, it is okay.

The floor is dirty, the toilet is not working well, the door locked very hard to unlock, but the staff very friendly.

The room that I request was chalet but I get another usual room but no chalet. Hygiene also not very satisfying.

Somebody knocking the chalet door repeatedly in night. Very scary.

Awesome! But the chalets need to improve facilities like water heater not function and aircond remote not function. Breakfast has a good menu but can improve at sambal nasi lemak which is the taste not as sambal as well.one more thing, the panorama from the chalets is so beautiful, however we saw a black long snake behind our chalets when we came back after dinner. My daughter 8yrs old saw it first because she walked fast in front of us. Luckily she's not screaming. In my opinion, admin can use pest control to make sure the chalets in a safe environment. Thank you.

Bilik besar, bersih, kemas, cantik, sangat-sangat berpuas hati. Walaupon bawa anak 2 orang sekali still luas.

Dekat dengan pantai, tenang, tetapi sarapan yang diberikan sedikit je huhu, sebab kami berdua je yg makan.

this hotel in front beach, near to the town only 5 minute drive, near with water sport.

Sangat sesuai untuk pelancong yang sukakan ketenangan, sangat dekat dengan pantai, walaupun agak jauh dari Pantai Teluk Nipah (10 minit menaiki motorsikal) namun ia nya sangat tenang dan tidak bising serta mendamaikan, staff sangat peramah dan membantu, berbaloi untu percutian bajet anda, harga sangat murah serta termasuk sekali sarapan pagi.

Chalet tidak sesuai untuk orang tua krn agak tinggi atas bukit. Semasa check in bekalan air terputus. Tidak dimaklum terlebih dahulu. Tuala mandi pun tidak da, hanya selepas diminta baru dihantaq. Kawasan belkoni berhabuk. Tiada penyangkut baju dalam bilik air. Tiada tv. Dicadangkan penyangkut baju dlm bilik air dan mob atau penyapu disediakan. Keadaan luar hotel pun kurang sempurna, rumput2 pokok2 tidak dijaga dengan baik. Sarapan pagi ringkas tapi memadai. Gerai makan yang berdekatan sukar diperolehi.

Nice place, cuma sedikit berdebu, yang lain sangat bagus, tempat yang akan saya datang lagi jika ke pangkor, nice staff, n tq for lovely n harm stay.

The room is not so clean. It's quite dusty and the staff are not so helpful. Avoid chalet type room as it was not as in the picture.
