Good service!

2泊したが、いずれの日も隣の部屋からの大きな音がして、快適な空間でなかった。防音対策が疎かなホテルです。　ビジネスセンターは殆んど機能していない。

今まで泊まったインドのホテルでは、一番良かった。

Bathroom and room cleanliness

Very friendly, always supportive staff, asking if I needed any help. A big thank you! My special thanks to Mr. Sachindra, who cleaned my room. He did an absolutely amazing job—everything was shinining!

The room was clean, with great features and the park view was amazing. The staff was courteous and very helpful with everything. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely go back again.

Decent stay. Couple of incidences that you don’t expect - no water in the bathroom one morning - average breakfast buffet (dosa was good though) - a/c not so effective.

Home from Home! We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Lucknow. The staff were super friendly and made our trip memorable. The reception Girls - Shreya and Gulafsha - everything we needed got sorted instantly. The restaurant/breakfast team - Rahul, Swat and especially Shaksham - your information , with your local knowledge we found all the shops, bazars and markets we didn't know existed. So far our best stay in India. Thank you , Thank you , Thank you soo much.
