Well maintained

Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Rooms were clean and well organized. Overall great service.

I enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean, bed really comfortable. Service was fast and helpful. At front desk everyone was nice and kind. Breakfast is remarkable.

had a fantastic stay. rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. apart from this what really impressed me was the staff, welcoming and attentive. highly recommend for a great stay!

Was very disappointed by condition of this hotel. Sadly it easily could have been a decent stay. However -Between the lack of attention to cleaning and residents obviously living on both sides of our room made us feel uncomfortable enough we left and got a different hotel.

Didnt get my room and no answers on the phone for a refund at all. I payed over 100 dollars and didnt get my room so all i want is my money back. And i was asked to if I needed help to the homeless shelter which isnt nice. I was visiting dawson creek.

Old travel lodge but I would stay there again for the price and what it provides

The room we where in originally had excessive squealing noise from the water pipes loud enough to hear over the TV- when we notified the front desk the young guy said he'd leave a note for maintenence. We went back as we realized we couldnt sleep with the squealing noise. They moved us to another room. The stairs had cigarette butts littered all over them. Staff was very friendly though.

Friendly staff, nice little restaurant attached., clean, stayed for work. Not Fancy, but clean and quiet.

Linens were clean, shower hot, proper fridge. Unfortunately the room we were in had a bucket for a roof leak, and smelt very musty.

Room reeked of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Door was bent and let snow and wind in to the room. Tv didnt work. Horrible stay. Only upside was i was only here for one night and only needed it for sleep.

I was fooled by “by Wyndham” but they have not invested in this property at all. These rooms are heavily smoke filled. If these were $69 rooms I’d expect it but $129 a night it was absolutely unacceptable. Smoking laws have been in effect for over a decade. Beds are decent but every other fixture is from 1980s or maybe 1970s. Replacing the carpet alone would remove 3/4 of the odor. The bathroom fixtures are mostly functional but only the toilet is modern. I havent seen a tub like that since my first apartment 30 years ago. The rooms were unreasonably hot. There was no thermostat- only rad heat & space heater which were both turned off. To top it off they only had non-cancellable option so we were stuck there for 2 nights - which i always pay the extra for refundable. I won’t be back. I’ll splurge the extra $10 to stay at a newer hotel. Even after a night in my own bed my lungs still feel the heaviness of that smoky room.

The property was clean. But we stripped our bed to have the sheets changed and they put the soiled sheets back on the bed. It was too hot in the room and we couldn't turn the temperature down so we opened the window only to have exhaust from idling deisel trucks coming in.

It's exactly what you should get for the price. Value is excellent, just don't expect too may frills. The breakfast was fantastic though.
