以前も何度か宿泊しましたが、今回はファミリールーム210に問題がいくつかありました。バスルームの送風機が動かなかったことと、次回はベッドルームの清潔さを改善していただきたいです。でも、心配はいりません。ニライに来る際はまたこのホテルを選びます。

各部屋にアイロンとミニ冷蔵庫があれば嬉しいです

チェックインとチェックアウトが迅速です。ショッピングモール、レストランなどにも近いです。敷地内に公共駐車場があります。高速道路へのアクセスも良好です。

寝室とバスルームに壁掛けフックが追加されるといいですね😁

部屋はとても快適で清潔です。

スタッフはフレンドリーでしたが、デラックスルームの防音が不十分で、特に午前 3 時に到着してもバイクの騒音が聞こえ、滞在に影響が出ました。

良いホテルでした。また来たいと思います。

エアコンは冷えず、お湯は十分に熱くなく、部屋には Android TV 用の WiFi がありません。

Bilik besar, bersih, selesa. Pekerja pon ramah. Cuma satu ja, kalau boleh next time sediakan plastik sampah dan tong sampah dalam bilik air. Terima kasih pihak hotel dan Traveloka yang memudahkan urusan saya.

Room lock faulty, I did ask the front desk to change my room or ask their technicians to repair, but they avoided, and then don't have safe box so I can't keep my valuables in safe box, not worth of what we pay for that location, no food shops nearby for breakfast because no breakfast is provided by hotel even with paying extra

Good for family short stay. The family room is big enough 3 teenagers and 1 kid. Nearby to Aeon.

Simple hotel room. It's not easy to spend the weekend because it is near uptown, very noisy and there is no parking. The staffs are quite arrogant and not customer friendly. I don't plan on staying at this hotel anymore

Staf hotel friendly, mudah mencari makanan, ada pasar malam pada hari jumaat tersebut, hanya berjalan kaki.

Technically the hotel are strategic.. Located at the corner lot.. Have many parking space.. And obviously, aeon just in front of the hotel.. love this much... also there's a Muslim restaurant beside the hotel.. Receptionist also friendly. And there's a things to improve in the future.. The towel provided a bit smelly (hapak)... And it will much nice and love if the hotel put a fragrance in the room.
