食事をするところがない。旅館で夕食を取ることをお勧めします。

出迎えが無かったので驚いた

スマホの充電器をコンセントにさすと部屋の電気が落ちて真っ暗に.....。 また、冷蔵庫に入っているドリンクは自由に飲めるんだけど値段とかは書いてなくてチェックアウト時にわかって値段をみてびっくり！ ちょっと歩けばコンビニあるので飲み物はそこで買った方がよいでしょう。

本來想租一間有露天溫泉的旅館，睇相見到有露天溫泉，價錢又合理，咪租囉，點知去到沒有露天溫泉只有一個室內大浴池很失望。

Lovely ryokan, has probably seen its prime some years ago, but the onsen was good (although basic) and the atmosphere was generally serene. We didn’t try there food there, but ate dinner at a nearby izakaya. They didn’t speak much English and didn’t even have an English sign, so we had to rely on Google Maps and directions from people to find it. It went surprisingly well to communicate with the staff despite that - we all made an effort. We got the idea from pictures that that they had an outdoor onsen, but that wasn’t open, when we visited apparently (we didn’t inquire). But we liked the onsen water here (High on radon, which apparently is healthy in low dosage - the population in Misasa Onsen has lower cancer rates than the rest of the country, we read). They only have wifi in the lobby, but we caught some free public wifi in the room so this was no issue for us.
