スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。

お部屋は広くて新しく、清潔で快適に滞在できました。窓からはエディンバラ新市街と海が見え、交通が便利でありながら静かな立地です。日本から持参した緑茶やお菓子など、少しばかりの食べ物をスーパーの袋に入れてキッチンに置いておいたのですが、観光を終えて夕方に部屋に帰ると捨てられていました。ゴミに見えたのでしょう（笑）フロントの方々は、愛想の素晴らしくよい女性やニコリともしない女性など、人によりムラがあります。バスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストする旨を事前にメールでも伝えており、善処する旨の返事をもらっていたのですが、チェックイン時に「2ベッドルーム以上の部屋しかバスタブはない」と言われました。ならば、最初からそのように伝えて欲しかったなぁと思います。が、まあ総合的にみて良いホテルだと思います。

至れり尽くせりのサービスアパートメント。牛乳 オレンジジュース バタージャム パンまで準備されているのにはびっくりした。スタッフも親切でロケーションも良く最高だ。

アパートとして全て付いているし、新しく状態も完璧。コーヒー、バター、塩胡椒なども付いている。清潔で広いし、ロケーションもエジンバラ観光には申し分なし。至れり尽くせり。少し高いかもしれませんが、価値あり。

観光地の中心街に近い。立地良。アパートであるが、ロビーに受付があり、チェックインがスムーズ。室内問題なし。

ニュータウン側なので立地が良く便利でした。キッチンもシャワー・トイレの水回りも奇麗で快適です。部屋も明るく、充分広いです。

1泊4万円以上もするのにアメニティなし、ベッドは小さい、朝食なし、タオル交換は1人だけしかしてない、バスタブなし。水ハケも悪い。 ハイシーズンで、キッチン、洗濯機が付いていると言え、余りにも高すぎる。

広くて綺麗な良いお部屋でした！トイレ、バスも二つずつあり困りませんでした！

洗濯乾燥機と食洗機は日本と操作方法が異なるため、スタッフを呼びましたがスタッフも熟知しておらず、結局、乾燥機は使わず洗濯のみ。食洗機は全く使用せず。 バスタブはなくシャワーのみ。アメニティーはシャンプーとボディーソープのみでリンスや歯ブラシは置いてません。 部屋はオシャレにリノベーションされており、清潔で快適でした。

部屋が非常に綺麗で、毎日清掃もしていただきました。

The apartment was very clean, warm and comfortable. A great location, walkable to everywhere and only 25 minutes by car to the airport.

Huoneisto oli hyvän kokoinen kahdelle henkilölle. Siivousta sai tarvittaessa. Ruokakauppoja ei läheisyydessä ollut, mutta pienen kävelymatkan päässä kyllä. Huoneiston sänky oli valitettavasti liian pehmeä ja aiheutti selkä- lonkkakipuja viikon aikana.

Property is fantastic. Two bedrooms and three bathrooms perfect for family

This was the perfect property for 2 people. Kitchen was well-stocked, sofa was comfortable, TV had many channels. Shower was a bit tight, and bed smaller than we expected. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. It is on a quiet side street, only a stone’s throw away from Hanover St. There we found many good restaurants and coffee houses. It is a 5min walk to Princes St, with M&S, a drugstore, other stores, and a ton of bus stops. It is about a 15-20min walk to the Royal Mile. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit more expensive than other properties, but we were very pleased. We would stay here again!

Loved the in apt laundry, great layout, full kitchen and elevator (from 1st floor). Location was perfect, loved the digital key which made it so easy to get in. Front desk crew were amazing. Would stay again and recommend.

Not sure what vip benefit I received if any. Rooms were clean and comfy. Spacious. Nice amenities. Front desk -Fabio-was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again. Location was awesome

Our second stay here and again very comfortable. Good location in New Town, 10 mins from Waverley station with buses and trams even closer. Apartment is well equipped and a good size. The check-in app is a little irritating, and there seemed to be a herd of elephants staying in the apartment above us! Like everything in Edinburgh it is expensive in August.

The 2 bedroom unit was spacious with 2 bathrooms and a/c in the bedrooms. Everything very clean. Larger bedroom had 2 twins pushed together and its own bathroom. Other one had full bed. Generous kitchen with everything needed if want to cook a little and settle in. For those with mobility issues - note 2 sets of stairs before one get's to elevator (3 front treads and then another 15). Milk in the frig was welcome (but did not get the basket of goodies other reviewers mentioned). Nice robes, slippers and lux lotions, shampoos and conditioner. Only complaint was sometimes a little scattered garbage and garbage smells across alley from entrance (but maybe nothing to do with the Apts). Some comm issues with arriving after front desk closed at 7pm but worked out fine. Would stay again.

The Braid Apartments are the best place to stay in Edinburgh. Beautiful, comfortable, snd convenient!!!
