綺麗なホテルでした。

モールに直結はとてもいい。ジムも充実してていた。バスタブがあるホテルは珍しいので喜んでいたのに汚かった。シーツにも髪の毛が落ちていたり洗面所のドアにケチャップのような物がついていて清潔感に欠けていた。

レストランのスタッフの方の対応が最高でした。 サービスが良かったので、食事が数倍美味しく感じて楽しい夜を過ごせました。 子ども達も同じ意見で、初めてのアメリカ到着の初日の緊張感が吹き飛びました。 部屋の空調の設定が日本人には寒く、1枚多く着て寝ました。 空港からはタクシーで25ドルでした。

寒いミネアポリスを感じることなく過ごせるホテルです。 お子さんはアミューズメントを楽しめるでしょう。 空港からも近く、利便性も良いと思います。 バスタブがあるのは、日本人にはありがたいと思います。 その分料金は高いのは致し方ないと思います。、

部屋が広い。清潔。オシャレ。ホテル全体がセンスが良く、洗練されている。ラウンジもいい。バスタブが大きい。スタッフはとてもフレンドリー。シャワーは水圧がほどほどで設置型なのがちょっと残念（アメリカはどこもそうだろうが）。駐車場が地下にあるので便利。極めつけは、MOAに直結であることであろう。

We enjoyed staying here very much! Tim’s convenience is unparallel with the US Bank stadium, airport and mall of America. We loved having everything close! The check in process was the only hiccup. It took longer than anticipated and there was some mix ups, but all in all, our stay was wonderful.

Beautiful property, great staff

Loved that it was attached to the Mall Of America. So convenient in that aspect. Only things we didn’t like were there was only 1 ice machine in the whole facility and it was on the 2nd floor. Also, the robes and towels were much more rough and stiff than expected for price of room.

It was very quiet and the room felt clean. The pool had lots of kids at night, but quiet during the day. The staff were so nice! The restaurant is also quite good, but a bit too artisanal, but what we ordered was good.

Restaurant staff and food quality exceeded my expectations.

I will visit again. The staff was excellent and room was clean.

One thing I was disappointed they said that they had Wi-Fi when you go to set up there’s a charge for the speed and per day. There’s also no continental breakfast. There’s also no microwave that was in our room for a hotel that says that they had free Wi-Fi they don’t.

We had a very last minute stay in MSP, and it was a good stay!
