Great stay

Room was clean, however even though check out was at 12 and I had my do not disturb on door, I was still bothered and rushed out of my room at 11am by cleaners.

Very clean and new.

Very nice stay. Great pool for the grandchild. Nice breakfast. Great experience for one night.

The inside and outside were very clean. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to requests.

It was fine a quick layover for a long trip - just a little worn but all was good

My paperwork said 2 queens they said only had a king because that’s what experien ordered. So my 83 year old mom and myself had to make due with A king and a pull out couch.

Front desk staff not very friendly, room smelled of men’s cologne, very strong! Staff at front desk kept saying that housekeeping called in and she had to reassign our room, when we entered the room all we smelled was very strong men’s cologne! Felt unclean, no staff seemed friendly at all even when we checked out. Will not stay there again.

Everyone at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great.

The inside pool was too cold. I expected it to be warm as most inside pools are much warmer.

Hampton Inns are always great no matter what state they are in!

We stayed here on our past travels through West Virginia. This hotel is fairly new, clean, staff is friendly.

Clean and well prepared. Breakfast was very good and great choices.

Quiet and comfortable

Room was very clean. Check in was super easy. But the bed was hard. Other than that I was satisfied.

Other then the paint peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom the room was very nice, clean and comfy.

Clean and staff was great

NO WATER. No water from sink or shower. Toilet won’t flush as well due to no water. An absolute major inconvenience.
