buruk, sangat buruk. pelayanan pemilik yg sangat buruk. keluhan telah saya sampaikan ke aplikasi online terkait hal yg tdk menyenangkan. tetapi pihak online sangat baik dalam menyelesaikan masalah saya. saya tdk akan pernah memesan tempat ini lg.

Saya kecewa sangat kecewa sekali saya pesankan kamar di gedung yang sama dengan sepupu saya di casa residency. Foto di aplikasi dengan foto yang asli tempat menginap sengat berbeda sekali dan tidak segedung. Ini lebih tepat seperti rumah kos-kosan. Rumah agak berdebu dan jadul. Agak jauh jalan dari apartmen casa residency ke rumah tersebut. Tidak sesuai dengan harga yang ada di aplikasi. sangat tidak recommended.

Room is clean and comfortable.

Casa Residency での滞在は満足のいくもので、清潔で快適です。立地も戦略的で、レストランやモールに近いです。ただ歩くだけで。アパートのオーナーはとてもフレンドリーで、困ったことがあれば助けてくれます。

Little bit disappointed because the type with 3 bedroom but there are under renovation. Than we got 2 different room with different floor 😔.

The owner is very kind, we should book a small room but the owner give a big 1 apartment 2 bedroom, very satisfied with the service provided, his employees helped us pick up our luggage, very comfortable furnishings, we definitely stay here again ❤️  

The service is good and the room is comfortable to stay.

Enak santai dekat dengan alor tinggal jalan kaki

Tempatnya bagus banget puas dengan kamarnya dan kebersihannya cuma akses untuk ke pusat kotanya tidak ada pilihan satu-satunya naik grab atau uber.

The room is good and nice and the service is good but the location is not close to any stations as described.

We’ve informed the owner about our check in time (3pm, non-smoking room), however the room wasn’t ready by the time we arrived. Moreover, we noticed that the handlers seemed unaware of our bookings. We are told to wait for at least 30mins for the room to be cleaned, so we left our luggages at the property and go out for food and shopping. We returned after 5 hours. As we opened the door to our room, we felt a heavy smell of cigarette smoke. We kept the windows open through our stay in attempt to make it better, without success.

I just check in, stay for 30 minutes before I and my husband decided to check out and looking for others.

オールドタウンカフェの隣にあるので、朝食の問題は解決。その他はすべて良かったです！

The studio room was smelly. the bedsheets and comforter was not changed regularly, felt like it has been use several times before my check in. Toilet is smelly and there's stains.

Nobody clean and tidy room for 4 days. very bad hotel services

Di batalkan oleh pihak hotel secara mendadak di hari H. Thanks god traveloka membantu mencarikan dan booking hotel lainnya.

kami memesan kamar di casa residency service apartement tetapi di masukkan ke kamar di apartement lain dengan alasan tidak ada electricity. kamar yang diberikan ke kami dengan fasilitas yang berbeda , tidak sesuai pesanan, ada beberapa fasilitas yang tidak ada. sangat mengecewakan. harusnya kamar yang diberikan ke saya harganya tidak semahal yang saya sudah bayar. saya telah memesan kamar untuk 4 malam.

Sangat menarik dan memuaskan sekali

No carpark provided. TV not clear and no satellite channel.
