Very inconvenient situation and can not easilly find the hotel.

まず料金の設定が高めです。大人2人で予約して、幼児も料金もがかかります。幼児2人で60ドル。こ普通には海外で3歳以下の子供が無料なのに。飲み物はボトルの水2本飲み、部屋の中にコップなども一切置いてありません。朝食のパンひとり枚、言わないとおかわりがしてくれません。アクセスについて道が分かりずらい、急坂のため車の運転気をつけたほうかいい。 良い所は景色が綺麗です。海に真正面の部屋は一泊400ドルと言われました。

It might be good for many people. but it's not good for me because the last sloping road is very dangerous. I guess 4WD car is required. there is no helper.

レベッカさんの家に泊めてもらう形式です。 全体的にとても清潔感があり、オシャレで可愛らしい家で、快適に過ごすことができました。 朝は海の見えるテラスのようなところで、レベッカさんが用意してくれた朝ごはんを食べます。朝ごはんは庭で採れたバナナなどフルーツ中心のプレートで、とても美味しかったです。 地元のビーチなども丁寧に教えてくれます。 場所が分かりにくいですが、近くまで行き、電話したら、迎えに来てくれました。 1泊しかしませんしたが、何泊かしてのんびり過ごせば良かったです。 とても良いところです！

I've travelled a lot over the last 4 decades and Kona Palace has the best view of any property I've stayed in. It is cozy and secluded and it was amazing just to sit on the patio and watch the sun come up from the side of a mountain! The surrounding foliage is beautiful and the accomodations are comfortable. The cherry on top was finding we had a hot tub!

A perfect start to our Hawaii trip! After a long day of travel from the mainland, we arrived at Kona Palace and were warmly greeted by Rebecca. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. After a good night's sleep, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast served on the lanai with amazingly beautiful views. Rebecca provided fresh fruit from her property (including fresh-squeezed orange juice), homemade granola, eggs, taro rolls, and more. After breakfast, coffee, and good conversation, we were on our way, but I would have loved to have stayed here longer. 5 stars!

Kona Palace was the biggest treat of our trip to Big Island. The home is gorgeous- very clean and filled with art, antiques and beautiful stained glass. The view of Kaalakakua Bay is unsurpassed—with homemade hot breakfast served and cooked by the host. They also have worked hard to cultivate gorgeous landscaping- flowering bushes and palms. We were warmly welcomed and will return.

The place was nice, breakfast wonderful but quite far from the beach and no where to walk outside.

this is a cute bed and breakfast. rebecca is AMAZING. communication is great and the breakfast is WONDERFUL!!! The accommodations and property are clean. I felt safe and the views from her house are IMPECCABLE

Loved my stay in this Bed and Breakfast. Rebecca made me feel welcomed from the minute I walked in. Her breakfast was delicious and she's a sweet lady. The property has AMAZING Views!!!. My room was great and the overall experience was fantastic. I would only stay here on my next trip!!.

The hosts were amazing! They are friendly and caring. Breakfast was delightful with fresh juice from the oranges on the trees. The place is peaceful and beautiful. The view is incredible. Our room was comfortable and clean. Everything was perfect! We’ll definitely be back.

We loved our stay at the Kona Palace. The house is well maintained and beautifully furnished. Rebecca and her husband her very warm and welcoming. The breakfasts prepared by Rebecca each morning are delicious and feature fruits, as well as jams and preservers, all of from their own garden. We were introduced to the "soursop" fruit dueing our stay therem which was very tasty.The terracew where breakfast is served offers a breathtaking view of Kealekekua Bay. This is such a quiet and peaceful area, a real departure from the hustle and bustle of Kailua-Kona. There are a few local restaurants as well as local beaches and snorkeling spots. If you want to truly get away from it all, this is the place! We thorougly enjoyed out stay at Kona Palace and look forward to returning.

Kona palace has amazing views. Host is wonderful cook with breakfast served on lanai including fruits grown on property and fresh squeezed juice. Very clean rooms and common areas. There is no noise and traffic. Highly recommended !!

The house is stunning, with a gorgeous view. Hilly area, close to 2 step beach and others. Delicious homemade breakfast, super friendly folks!

This is a house.. bnb site is where this should be advertised. Dog in house and its a steep drive and kinda hard to find. Room was nice..bathroom is in the hallway. For a bit more can get a room at the fancy resorts

Rebecca was an amazing hostess and chef. This a beautiful place to stay and is decorated impeccably inside . A wonderful bedroom and bed was perfect along with the breakfast the next morning . Close to everything on Highway 11.
