We were moved to family hotel which is way better and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I think they are in the same management. The room was clean. In madam moon hotel there is no elevators, but in family hotel, there was elevator even though only for 4 pax + luggage. The location is very good! Both hotel are in the central of attractive places! Happy to stay here and sure will recommend to my friends!

Vị trí gần trung tâm dễ dàng đi bô đi tham quan, phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện lịch sự. Bữa sáng ổn. Nhưng nếu định đặt xe để đi từ HN lên Sapa thì không nên nhờ khách sạn đặt
