お部屋が広くてとても清潔でした。 受付の方も親切でした。 ミニバーに無料のりんごとドリンク(水、ビール、ジュース)があり、キッチンも広く使いやすかったです。 セビージャに来たときはまた利用したいと思いました。

チェックインの際のウェルカムドリンク、丁寧な接客から始まり、そして肝心のお部屋はとても広く、綺麗でオシャレ！ずっと住みたくなるような、心地よい空間で最高でした。 1泊しかできませんでしたが、何泊でもしたかったです。今回の旅行では他の五ツ星ホテルも含めて数泊しましたが、こちらが一番良かったです。 飛行機に乗って他の地域に移動したあとに忘れ物に気付いたのですが、スタッフのMariaさんの対応が素晴らしく、無事受け取ることができました。 また訪れたときは必ずここに泊まりたいと思わせてもらえる、とても素晴らしいホテルでした。 本当に素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

superiorに泊まりましたが、とにかくお部屋が広くて綺麗で快適でした。洗面所も凄く広くアメニティはLA CHINATAというスペインのブランド、バスローブ付きで気分も上がります。キッチンも広く、冷蔵庫内の飲み物も宿泊代に含まれていました。 カテドラル等の中心街近くに位置し、ロケーションも抜群です。

街の中心地。ヒラルダの塔まで２分くらいです。スタッフはとても親切です。バルも回りにたくさんあります。タクシーで行くことをお勧めします。

お部屋は最高です。ロケーションもいい。 当日１９時に到着。フラメンコを絶対見たいと伝えたら、フロントのマリアさん、電話してくれて３軒目で予約取れました。いきなり入れるものと考えていたので、彼女の助けがなかったらフラメンゴが見れず、何のためにセビリアに行ったんやー、とぞっとするとこでした。 改善すべき点 この時はsevilllaFCがUEFA決勝前でむちゃくちゃ盛り上がってたから、サッカーに興味なくても調べてほしかったなー

キッチンも付いていて、洗濯機も共同だけどあり(洗剤も付いてる)、少し長めの滞在とかフラメンコレッスン目的の滞在とかに便利だと思いました。 部屋は広くてとても快適です。最近流行りのモダン風なバスルームなので、洗面台とか使いづらかったりしますが、慣れてくればこんなモノかという感じです。 とにかく立地が良く、タブラオに行って深夜に帰るのも徒歩で5分くらいです。タクシーとかバスとか使わないで、観光ができるし、買い物の合間に荷物を置きに帰るのも苦になりません。 ミニバーの中は無料で、毎日補充してくれます。と言っても、シングルユースで缶ビール１本、炭酸ジュース4本、オレンジジュース１本、水500㎖2本ですけど。あとりんごが滞在日数分、置いてありました。 スタッフもとってもフレンドリーで親切です。 次にセビージャに行くときも泊まりたいと思います。

Honestly, the only good thing about this place is the location. It was just a little older and I had the hotel upgrade me to one other sister properties.

Beautiful & clean apartment only steps away from everything you will need to have an unforgettable Spain experience. The neighborhood is amazing.. everything we could have wanted and more! The only downside is the check in process. You have to check in at a separate location and although they tell you that’s it’s quick and easy to walk to your room that’s an understatement. I would recommend you take a taxi to your building, they charge an additional 10 euros to do so. In our case, we opted for the taxi only he dropped us at the wrong location. So our keys didn’t work and if I hadn’t taken a picture of the receptionist # on my phone we would have been stuck. Getting back to the receptionist location would have been a maze and nearly impossible to find. We had to google the correct location and walk 15 mins to the right spot with all of our luggage. Then we waited an extra 30 mins for a staff member to walk the new keys to us (they do not have any other way to travel around). By the time we got our belongings dropped off we were late for a flamenco show we had already purchased tickets for and had to rush to walk 20-25 mins to the show while following Google Maps. All in all our first impression was not a good one. The staff was kind and patient through all of our expressed frustrations and the following day advised they would be paying for our transfer to the airport at no charge at the end of our stay. We appreciated that! Aside from that debacle our trip was excellent!

We had a few minor issues ( ie a plumbing issue that came up in the middle of the night), but the staff were excellent and helpful. They went out of their way to make up for things and ensure we had an enjoyable stay (which they did). Would definitely return

Check-in was at another location, but thank goodness there was a porter that dragged our bags along the cobblestone streets for a ten minute walk to our hotel! At our hotel everything was perfect.. cleaning lady was awesome! She did a wonderful job at keeping our place tidy and clean!! Location was great! Having a small kitchen was great to be able to cook own breakfast every morning, saving on time and money. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Savella.

Great location everything within walking distance

Great location and site has a washer dryer, dishwasher, and small refrigerator, electric stove. Lots of lights and switches. The location does not have a front desk so one has to check in at another property. So one has to walk 10 minutes with your luggage. Not ideal on cobblestone pavement. Bathroom needs towel bars or hooks to hang towels. Hotel should provide face towels.

This was a beautiful property in an ideal location. The room was spacious, clean and accessible to all we wanted to do! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the rooftop too!

I was extremely pleased with this location. It was clean, well designed, the bed was super comfortable and the sheets/pillows were soft and clean. The location was right in the heart of all the sights. I will be visiting this location again. LOVED IT! PS: the staff was great!

Loved our little place. It was basically a one bedroom apartment with large windows and two balconies. The place was clean and quiet, we had no issues. The location is amazing, right in the heart of everything. We walked everywhere and loved exploring the tiny streets. The only thing I would change is finding the place to check in. The directions are not very direct. We got dropped off in a small charming square but could not find where we needed to go and everyone we asked sent us in a different direction. We finally found it around a corner. I would recommend having a map and a picture of where you need to go as it was definitely confusing. But other than that Maria was super friendly and always available and helped book a taxi for us (pick up right outside the apartment) when we left. Highly recommend!
